A Study on Impact of Dopants on Piezoelectric Parameters of Aluminium Nitride
Doping is a critical in piezoelectric base materials used as sensors or energy harvesters. It has a significant effect in determining the output parameters of an energy harvester. This paper studies the effect and impact on piezoelectric properties when materials are co doped and singly doped by considering some common dopants found in the literature. From the study, the elastic constant and c/a ratio are found to be decreasing and all other lattice parameters such as piezoelectric stress coefficient, electromechanical coupling constant, Born effective charge etc. are increasing, although some discrepancies are there. Scandium, magnesium, Lithium and its co-dopants are mainly considered for the study. Another factor that should be considered is doping concentration. Excessive doping with scandium (Sc) has been demonstrated to reduce the coercive field (Ec), enabling ferroelectric switching in AlScN thin films. The critical factor for achieving ferroelectric switching lies in sufficiently lowering the energy barrier between the two polarization states made of the wurtzite structure. This can be accomplished either by increasing the proportion of the non-Group-III metal or through strain engineering. A Study on Influence of Celebrity Endorsement on Online Consumer Buying Behaviour with Special Reference to Food Products
Celebrity endorsements are now a common marketing tactic used by businesses in a wide range of sectors to increase brand awareness and sway customer behavior. Celebrity branding has been more prevalent in the food product industry, as businesses use the attraction and popularity of these individuals to influence customer choices. The purpose of this study is to examine the complex relationships that exist between consumer purchasing behavior and celebrity endorsement in the context of the food sector. The study takes a multipronged approach, fusing insights with quantitative data to explore the nuances of consumer reactions to celebrity endorsements in the food product space. Through the analysis of a wide variety of food goods, the study aims to clarify the varying effects of celebrity endorsements in different categories and customer groups. In addition, the initiative aims to investigate the psychological factors that underlie consumer perceptions and actions in reaction to food sector celebrity endorsements. To understand their complex impact on consumer decision-making processes, factors including consumer-brand connections, celebrity credibility, and congruence between the celebrity and the recommended product will be closely examined. By conducting a thorough analysis of empirical data and theoretical frameworks, this research project seeks to offer significant insights. A descriptive research methodology employing Quantitative analysis was considered for the study. A sample of 384 respondents from across Bangalore was chosen using the non-probability sampling method. A well-structured questionnaire was prepared, and the survey method of data collection was used. The questionnaires were collected using both online and offline methods. The data collected was analysed using the SPSS, AMOS and Andrew Hayes process macrosModel 1 with multi categorical variables. A study on nanoliquid flow with irregular heat source and realistic boundary conditions: A modified Buongiorno model for biomedical applications
Titanium dioxide plays a vital role in cancer therapy methods (including photothermal therapy and photodynamic therapy), skincare products, heat exchangers, and car radiators. Therefore, the dynamics of the TiO2 nanomaterial with H2O as basefluid over a nonlinearly stretched surface is investigated. For realistic nanoliquid modeling, the conventional Buongiorno model has been improvised (called modified Buongiorno model [MBM]) by incorporating the effective thermophysical properties of the nanoliquid. Experimentally derived correlations of the thermal conductivity and dynamic viscosity of the nanofluid are utilized. The significance of passive control of nanoparticles is also studied. The heat transfer analysis includes the mechanism of Rosseland heat flux and exponential heat source. Similarity theory is used to obtain nonlinear ordinary differential equations (ODEs) from the governing partial differential equations which are solved numerically using bvp5c, a finite difference-based routine in MATLAB. Further, the heat transfer rate is statistically scrutinized for the consequence of magnetic field (Formula presented.), thermal radiation (Formula presented.) and exponential heat source (Formula presented.) by employing Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and sensitivity analysis. The temperature of nanofluid ascends with the exponential heat source, thermal radiation, and thermophoresis aspects. Furthermore, when the MBM is utilised, the thermal field of the nanofluid is greater than when the classic Buongiorno model is used. A study on optimal portfolio construction with special reference to NSE CNX Nifty pharma index
Portfolio is a process of blending together the broad asset classes so as to obtain optimum return with minimum risk is called portfolio construction. In order to reduce the risk, investors need to diversify, spread their portfolio across a broad mix of assets. Diversifying the portfolio can help smooth out market ups and downs and returns from better performing assets help to offset those that arent performing so well. The present study has empirically examined the portfolio construction with special reference to NSE CNX Nifty Pharma Index. The study applied the Sharpe Single Index model to generate an efficient combination of securities from sample Pharma companies and has come up with a subsequent pattern. The study found that out the sample Pharma companies, Aurobindo Pharma Ltd attracted high risk while Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd experienced the least risk, on the basis of return earned by the companies in the Pharma Index; Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has high return while Lupin Ltd has lowest return. Experimental results have demonstrated the feasible of the investment strategy, portfolio idea and electiveness of the combination assets on the investment strategy. IAEME Publication. -

In this paper, we introduce the notion of a finite non-simple directed graph called, an ornated graph. An ornated graph is a directed graph on n vertices, denoted by On(sl), whose vertices are consecutively labeled clockwise on the circumference of a circle and constructed from an ordered string sl. Joining vertices is such that for an odd indexed entry at of the string, a tail vertex vi has clockwise heads vj if and only if (i + at) ? j. For an even indexed entry as of the string, a tail vertex vi has anticlockwise heads vj if and only if (i - as) ? j. A STUDY ON PERFECT ITALIAN DOMINATION OF GRAPHS AND THEIR COMPLEMENTS
Perfect Italian Domination is a type of vertex domination which can also be viewed as a graph labelling problem. The vertices of a graph G are labelled by 0, 1 or 2 in such a way that a vertex labelled 0 should have a neighbourhood with exactly two vertices in it labelled 1 each or with exactly one vertex labelled 2. The remaining vertices in the neighbourhood of the vertex labelled 0 should be all 0s. The minimum sum of all labels of the graph G satisfying these conditions is called its Perfect Italian domination number. We study the behaviour of graph complements and how the Perfect Italian Domination number varies between a graph and its complement. This report is about the policeconstables where it is in Tuticorin district, South part of Tamilnadu. This study focused on52 police stationswhichare divided into eight sub divisions and 600samples collected from three differentgrades of police constables. Police stress inventory (PSI) used to measure the level ofoccupational stress. Appropriate statistical tool was used for data analysis. According to theresults most of the police constables experienced more stress. Female constables facehigh stress compare with male police constables. A study on regular and chaotic convection in an anisotropic porous cavity
The primary intent of the work is to investigate the linear and weakly nonlinear stability analyses of the BrinkmanBard convection (BBC) problem in a horizontal thermally-anisotropic porous enclosure with temperature-dependent uniform heat source/sink analytically by using a weighted residual Galerkin scheme. The linear stability analysis of the study reveals that the conductive system is stabilized by increasing anisotropy, Darcy number, and internal heat source strength. Three modal Lorenz model is derived by performing weakly nonlinear stability analysis using truncated Fourier series solutions. Equilibrium points of the Lorenz model and stability analysis is studied. The conductive equilibrium point (zero equilibrium point) is asymptotically stable and the eigenvalues are negative, whereas the convective equilibrium points (non-zero equilibrium points) are asymptotically stable up to a threshold Rayleigh number. Later, Hf bifurcation or chaotic motions sets in. The effect of an increase in the values of internal heat source and thermal anisotropic term delays the onset of the chaotic convection, whereas the Darcy number exhibits the opposite fashion. Further, the amount of heat transport is estimated at the lower boundary of an enclosure, and it is seen that the amount of heat transfer is maximum in the case of heat source, Darcy medium, and heterogeneous medium compared within the Brinkman medium in the presence of heat sink. 2025 The Physical Society of the Republic of China (Taiwan) -
A study on remote sensing image segmentation and classification
The image is a composition of many pixels. These pixels include two pieces of information: coordinate or position and intensity value. The image includes several objects; extracting the crucial objects from the image is critical. Based on the similarity of patterns, classes, groups, and segments of contained objects in the image can be created. Assigning the labels to the pixels is necessary to make the image more informative for analyzing features and decision-making. This study addresses segmentation techniques and classifying images pertaining to remote sensing images. A study on resonant vibro-acoustography for tissue heating: a pathway towards breast cancer detection
Purpose: Develop a new active thermography method for breast cancer detection. Methods: The computational tissue was excited at its resonant frequency using the vibro-acoustography technique. A nonlinear acoustic wave equation was solved using the finite element method to analyze the propagation of the acoustic wave within the computational phantom. The computational approach included separate calculations for the temperature in the focal region, considering both acoustic absorption and vibration effects. The study was validated through experimental tests using an agar phantom. Results: Depending on the tissues attenuation coefficient, the applied ultrasonic signal generates localized heating in the target area. Malignant breast tissue typically exhibits a higher attenuation coefficient than healthy tissue. Consequently, ultrasonic signals lead to an elevated temperature in such tissue. When a focused ultrasound is applied to heterogeneous tissue for 90 seconds using a dual transducer, the temperature can increase by. In contrast, using the same input power level in healthy tissue causes a temperature increase of only. Enhanced temperature levels achieved through this acoustic method can improve thermal contrast in deeper tumors when thermography is employed. With the application of this acoustic force, it becomes possible to detect a tumor of 3 mm at a depth of 10 mm, whereas, in the absence of this source, such a tumor of this size can only be detected when it is located at a depth of 4 mm. Approximately 22% of the simulated temperature rise from vibrational effects can be attributed to ultrasound forces in resonant modes. The experimental results further validated the simulation results. Conclusion: The suggested resonant vibro-acoustography technique represents an effective approach to increasing thermal contrast between malignant and normal tissue. Significance: This approach can serve as an active thermography method for detecting breast cancer. Since the resonant frequency varies across different stages of the disease and the acoustic attenuation coefficient is higher in affected tissues than in normal ones, this technique can improve thermal contrast through vibration and acoustic absorption.
