<text>Euclid is delivering optical and near-infrared imaging data over 14 000 deg2 on the sky at spatial resolution and surface brightness levels that can be used to understand the morphological transformation of galaxies within groups and clusters. Using the Early Release Observations (ERO) of the Perseus cluster, we demonstrate the capability offered by Euclid in studying the nature of perturbations for galaxies in clusters. Filamentary structures are observed along the discs of two spiral galaxies, UGC 2665 and MCG +07-07-070, with no extended diffuse emission expected from tidal interactions at surface brightness levels of a30 mag arcseca 2. The detected features exhibit a good correspondence in morphology between optical and near-infrared wavelengths, with a surface brightness of a25 mag arcseca 2, and the knots within the features have sizes of a 100 pc, as observed through IE imaging. Using the Euclid, CFHT, UVIT, and LOFAR 144 MHz radio continuum observations, we conducted a detailed analysis to understand the origin of the detected features. We constructed the Euclid IEaYE, YEaHE, and CFHT u ar, g ai colour-colour plane and show that these features contain recent star formation events, which are also indicated by their H? and NUV emissions. Euclid colours alone are insufficient for studying stellar population ages in unresolved star-forming regions, which require multi-wavelength optical imaging data. There are features with red colours that can be explained by dust being stripped along with the gas in these regions. The morphological shape, orientation, and mean age of the stellar population, combined with the presence of extended radio continuum cometary tails can be consistently explained if these features formed during a recent ram-pressure stripping event. This result further confirms the exceptional qualities of Euclid in the study of galaxy evolution in dense environments. 2025 EDP Sciences. All rights reserved.</text>

<text>In this paper, the Native Android, Flutter, and React Native are compared in an empirical way with the help of an Expense Tracker application on Android (Pixel 6, Android 14). The Native, Flutter, and React Native had an average start up time of 1.5 s, 2.4 s, and 3.0 s respectively. Maintainability Indexes and SUS scores demonstrate that Flutter provides efficiency without affecting the code quality. It was measured using standardized tools Android Studio Profiler, Trepn Profiler and SonarQube to measure performance, scalability and security. Findings show that Native Android provides the best performance and security, and Flutter is 35 times faster to develop and has a well-maintained code. Results guide the choice of frameworks by practitioners. 2025 IEEE.</text>

<text>Learning science and particularly subjects like chemistry is challenging for the gen zee students. The imaginative and thoughtful interventions by the teachers can tackle this to a great extent and make it enjoyable for the learners. This manuscript examines the basic concepts of learning sciences and the role of teachers in facilitating a joyful learning. A set of techniques for good learning to be reinforced and a set of wrong techniques which needs to be avoided are looked into. Concepts like adult learning, significance of history of science and lifelong learning are also discussed. This manuscript provides a good reading for the teachers who are new to the profession and students of science. 2025 National Science Teaching Association.</text>

At some point in history there are instances where scientific discoveries resulted in global disasters. We are living in an era of enormous threats to sustainable development. Multitudes of our brethren remain to live in poverty and are denied a life of dignity. There are growing disparities within and among nations. This made a rethinking on the entire process of scientific education and research in terms of its social commitment which resulted in government of India coming up with a policy document. This paper takes a close look at this policy document released by the department of science and technology government of India apart from looking at some of the global practices and suggestions. 2026 National Science Teaching Association.</text>

<text>Investigating new antimicrobial agents from various biological sources is necessary due to the rise of bacteria that are resistant to drugs. A neglected source of bioactive substances with possible antibacterial qualities is fish, especially Oreochromis niloticus (Nile tilapia). This study identifies the bioactive components of extracts made from O. niloticus and examines their antibacterial activity. PBS and sterile water were used to remove fish mucus using a solvent. Using the agar well diffusion method, extracts were tested for antibacterial activity against a panel of Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, B. cereus), Gram-negative bacteria (Klebsiella pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa), and fungus (Candida albicans). The presence of hydroxyl and amide functional groups, which are suggestive of proteins and polyphenolic substances, was further validated by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The study demonstrates O. niloticuss antibacterial potential, with its mucus being an exceptionally abundant source of bioactive substances. These results highlight the potential of fish-derived antimicrobial compounds as substitutes for traditional antibiotics. The isolation, structural clarification, and possible therapeutic uses of these chemicals should be the main areas of future study. Furthermore, to guarantee the efficacy and safety of these natural compounds, knowledge of their toxicity profiles and mechanisms of action is crucial. In the fight against antibiotic resistance, this study helps to establish sustainable bioresources and expands our knowledge of O. niloticuss antibacterial potential. The Author(s) 2025.</text>

<text>This study focuses on select fictional narratives with food mentions at the peripheries to enquire into the textualisation of food that exhibits the existence of an enunciative culinary newlinespace wherein the nuances of individual and collective identities are negotiated. The culinary space is conceptualised by considering the defined and built physical space wherein activities associated with the culinary realm occur and the imaginative space created through the presence and absence of food. This culinary space interacts with mobility, which serves as the newlinelinking idea that ties together Anita Nair s Ladies Coup(2001), Bharti Kirchner s newlineDarjeeling (2002), Monica Ali s Brick Lane (2003), Kunzang Choden s The Circle of Karma newline(2005), and Manjushree Thapa s Seasons of Flight (2010), and informs these specific newlinetextualisations of food and prompts the need to focus on the representations of everyday lived experiences. This study reads the chosen narratives to enable a reading that is distinct from the conventional one of culinary narratives centred on food and establishes that the textualisation of food in narratives with food at the peripheries is an important site of investigation. This close reading through an approach directed by concepts from food studies and select notions from space and mobility looks into how the culinary space serves as the site of defining and re-imagining of individual and cultural identities of the characters through memories of food and relations to and through food. These insights add to the existing discourses on identity by looking into the textualisation of food shaped by notions of newlinespace and mobility to show that the transformative quality of food is reflected in the dynamism of the culinary space that endorses the same in the negotiation of identities that are explored, perceived, and projected within.</text>

The present invention relates to probabilistic inference based on secure multi-party computation (SMPC) techniques, and more particularly to Confidential Inference and Model Protection. The present invention addresses the privacy concern of model owners and ML client, by using the confidential inference and model protection aka CoInMPro, a technique to boost privacy of model parameters and client input during ML inference without affecting accuracy by paying a marginal performance cost.</text>

The present invention applies to probabilistic inference employing secure multi-party computation (SMPC) methodologies including confidential training, inference, and model protection for vertically partitioned datasets. The proposed invention addresses privacy
complexities of vertically partitioned data owners, model owners, and ML clients using confidential training, inference, and model protection (CoTraIn-VPD), a technique to boost data, model parameter, and client input privacy during ML inference without affecting accuracy or performance.</text>
