The Indian online grocery market has been propelling since last few years. The size of online grocery market in 2020 was estimated as $2.9 billion and it is further anticipated to reach at the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 37.1% during 2021 to 2028. Companies such as Amazon, Flipkart grocery, BigBasket, Grofers and Jiomart have been coming up with new attractions for consumers such as providing timely no contact delivery, accepting various digital modes of payment and offering several discounts which have fascinated consumers towards buying their regular grocery from various online platforms. Corona virus has also fuelled up the safety concerns of people; due to which a large section of the citizens are working from home and are dependent on the online platform for various purposes including grocery shopping. This has provided several growth opportunities to the online grocery market. This research investigates about the purchase behaviour of customers towards online grocery shopping. The study aims to understand the purchase behaviour of e-grocery shoppers of India and to examine the association between satisfactions with online purchase, trust on online grocers, perceived risk and online repurchase intention of grocery items. The study uses primary data collected from 555 online grocery buyers. The findings of the study indicate that online customer satisfaction is a significant factor that influences repurchase intentions of online grocery shopping. Perceived risk negatively influence trust as well as repurchase intentions. Trust is found to be a mediating factor between shopping satisfaction and repurchase intentions. The study also builds and tests an online customer behavioural model with actual purchasing behaviour and identifies the continued presence of perceived risk, shopping satisfaction and trust in grocery e-retailing. 2023 IMI.

The shift to renewable energy sources is picking up pace globally, with solar energy being one of the most significant sustainable solutions. However, with technological advancements and declining costs, solar adoption has been inconsistent among various consumer segments. This review critically examines marketing strategies, awareness campaigns, financial incentives, and socioeconomic factors as drivers of solar energy adoption. The study classifies findings into four key dimensions, namely: consumer awareness, effectiveness of traditional compared to digital marketing, socioeconomic influences, and psychological and behavioural impacts on decision making. Results show that high consumer awareness leads to highly significant increases in adoption rates, while traditional marketing finds relevance in low-digital penetration, but digital marketing is more effective all along. Policies and incentives for economic support also have an immense impact on adoption rates among the lower classes because high-class education and urbanization affect adoption rates strongly. Behavioural factors including consumer trust in providers, environmental causes, installation ease, and social influence further influence consumer adoption readiness. Recommendations emerging from this study point towards awareness campaigns targeted at specific groups, availability of financial incentives, and customized marketing strategies aimed at actual consumption at a scale. This literature review has informed policymakers and marketers on how to tailor their marketing and promotion approach towards solar energy as a mass adoption solution. 2025, Iquz Galaxy Publisher. Spirituality at work has developed as a research discipline over the last decade. There have been a few theoretical studies emphasizing on the significance of the construct. The external and internal factors affecting the relationship of this construct need to be analysed for enabling its newlineimplementation in the business world. The construct needs further empirical studies to establish itself as an implementable HR practice, contributing significantly to the bottom line. Organisational citizenship behaviour is critical for performance amidst uncertainty. Emotional intelligence has newlinebecome more critical in overcoming the challenges faced by the Information Technology (IT) sector in India. This study fills the gap in the current literature studying the influence of emotional intelligence in the relationship between workplace spirituality and organisational citizenship behaviour in the Indian IT sector context. The challenges faced by the Indian IT sector are unique and needs alternative solution to avoid a downfall in the sector contributing majorly to the national GDP. The sample is 800 IT sector employees selected through judgmental sampling. The data is collected by using online survey newlineinstruments. SEM modelling has been used to analyse the data and use the same for development of an implementable model relating the dependent and the independent variables. The findings state that there is a direct and positive relationship between newlineworkplace spirituality and organisational citizenship behaviour. In addition, newlineemotional intelligence mediates the relationship between workplace spirituality and organisational citizenship behaviour. Longitudinal testing of the relationships has been left as the scope for further studies.

The study inspects the moderating role of leadership in the association between human resource (HR) practices and organizational sustainability, with a particular focus on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). It explores how leadership behaviors shape the effectiveness of HR practices in driving sustainability across economic, environmental, and social dimensions, while also situating these outcomes within the broader context of regional development and spatial planning. By analyzing the role of banks as institutional actors, the research highlights their contribution to financial inclusion, community well-being, and balanced urbanrural growth. A stratified random sample of 500 banking associates from urban, semi-urban, and rural branches was surveyed using a structured questionnaire, and data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling with SPSS and AMOS. HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement, were assessed alongside leadership behaviors such as decision-making, resource allocation, empowerment, and vision. The findings indicate that leadership has a significant impact on the positive effects of HR practices on sustainability outcomes. In particular, leading by example and effective resource allocation emerge as strong moderators that advance SDG 8 and SDG 12. The findings underscore that sustainable HR leadership integration in banking not only improves organizational outcomes but also contributes to regional development and planning agendas by reinforcing equitable growth and sustainability across diverse spatial contexts. This study also situates banking institutions within the field of geography, planning, and development by showing how HR-leadership interactions contribute to territorial equity, financial inclusion, and spatial planning objectives. By linking organizational practices to regional sustainability trajectories, the findings highlight banks as critical institutional actors in advancing balanced urbanrural development. 2025, Green Publication. There has been a sea change in retail with the new wave of consumers who are looking to get instant access to products, which is leading to Q- commerce. Q- commerce can be defined as Quick Commerce, a means through which retailers/retailing can attempt to be different by delivering products within a minute. This chapter is an elaboration of how Q- commerce affects consumer behaviour and retail strategies. The COVID- 19 pandemic really speeded up the transition from traditional retail to e- commerce and placed convenience at a new standard that challenges traditional retailing practices.In that regard, technological developments are the bedrock of Q- commerce, but at the same time, operational efficiency is enhanced through artificial intelligence, real- time analytics, and well- improved logistics. The importance of Mindshare branding (MB) strategy in building long-term and sustainable psychological links with consumers had been sufficiently highlighted in literature. However, very few research attempted to provide a structured tool for its measurement. This study proposed a 13-point four-factor multidimensional scale which could be used to measure MB formally. Dimensions measuring MB were derived from literature and then examined on different brands in order to achieve a reliable and valid scale.

Students migrate from India annually for higher education in large numbers. Social media has become an essential network for disseminating information related to aspects of migration like student visas, college applications, residence and finances. YouTube engages vigorously in this dispersion of information. Many times, the sources of these kinds of information are found to be transient migrants themselves. YouTubers and influencers like Tushar Bareja, Nidhi Nagori, Gursahib Singh, Bani Singh and Saloni Verma, among others, have made a niche, creating content and sharing information about the experience of being a transient migrant. Much like the status of being transient, creating ones brand on social media is both dynamic and fleeting, which cannot be defined in a sense of permanence. The analysis of content created by YouTube influencers enables an insight into the definition of transient migrant identity. The topics that are covered in the content showcase the particular components of international student life that add to the concept of a transient migrant identity. The article attempts to ask the question of how the YouTube videos made by student migrants end up contributing to the transient migrant identity. It also attempts to decipher how the transient identity itself is packaged as a commodity to be monetized by these student migrant influencers on YouTube. Using theoretical frameworks of influencer culture, social media and migration, the article attempts to unravel the workings of YouTube in commodifying the transient migrant experience. 2025 Intellect Ltd.

The movement of investment vehicles helps investors communicate as a stock market shield via a diverse portfolio. The COVID-19 outbreak had impacted the India along with other countries across the globe. The diseases progression and economic impact are highly uncertain. The current study is a novel effort to untangle the dynamic relationship between COVID-19 death and returns of NSE-listed life insurance stocks. We look at COVID-19 death data as well as returns from SBI Life, HDFC Life, and ICICI PRU from April 2020 to July 2021, when pandemic was the leading cause of death. Using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model technique, we discover that COVID-19 death has no dynamic relationship with the returns of selected life insurance stocks. In conclusion, our findings will provide stockholders, investment advisors, and policy experts with significant foresight into guaranteeing returns on life insurance stocks free from uncertain calamities such as COVID-19. TIP60 is a tumor suppressor with histone acetyltransferase (HAT) activity, playing a crucial role in regulating chromatin architecture by acetylating histones to enhance accessibility for other regulatory factors. Its function is vital for several key cellular processes, including DNA damage repair, apoptosis, and autophagy. While the downregulation of TIP60 has been associated with various cancers, the effects of naturally occurring mutations in TIP60 on its function in malignancies remain poorly understood. In this study, we explored how cancer-related mutations in TIP60 impact its structure and function. Several deleterious and destabilizing missense mutations were identified and analyzed for structural changes. Molecular dynamics simulations revealed alterations in protein conformational stability and radius of gyration due to these mutations, supported by significant changes in TIP60's solvent accessibility and intramolecular hydrogen bonding. Biochemical assays with recombinant proteins showed a loss of catalytic activity in the G400W mutant. Live cell imaging indicated abnormal localization of the G400W mutant within the nucleus. Additionally, we observed aberrant phase separation of TIP60 caused by the G400W mutation. Notably, the G400W mutation impairs TIP60's catalytic function, preventing effective DNA repair and leaving the genome vulnerable to further mutations. Our findings highlight cancer-associated mutations in TIP60 that may contribute to the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer initiation and progression. 2025 Elsevier Inc.

Success stories show how women face financial inclusion and other challenges. Digital platforms help access the market, skill development, and financial transactions, bridge gaps and promote sustainability. Policies like Stree Shakti Yojana, Mahila Udyam Nidhi Scheme and other provide financial aid, train and foster entrepreneurs. Sustainable practices, including renewable energy and eco-friendly techniques, further enhance prospects.
