The global chemical reactivity descriptor parameter was calculated using theoretically (DFT-B3LYP-3-211, G) estimated highest occupied molecular orbital and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital values and the results are discussed. Compounds S1S12 were screened on A-549 (lung carcinoma epithelial cells) and MDA-MB-231 (M.D. Anderson-Metastatic Breast 231) cancer cell lines. Compounds S6 and S12 displayed exceptional antiproliferative activity against lung A-549 cancer cells with IC50 values of 4.22 and 6.89 M, respectively, compared to the standard drug doxorubicin (IC50 = 3.79 ?M). In the case of the MDA-MB-231 cell line, S1 and S6 exhibited exceptionally superior antiproliferative activity with IC50 of 5.22 and 6.50 ?M, respectively, compared to doxorubicin (IC50 = 5.48 ?M). S1 was found to be more active than doxorubicin. Compounds S1S12 were tested for their cytotoxicity on human embryonic kidney 293 cells, which confirmed the nontoxic nature of the active compounds. Further molecular docking studies verified that compounds S1S12 have a higher docking score and interacted well with the target protein. The most active compound S1 interacted well with the target protein carbonic anhydrase II in complex with pyrimidine-based inhibitor, and S6 with human Topo II? ATPase/AMP-PNP. The impact of abuse may lead to poor physical and mental health conditions. Family environment may impact coping and recovery among victims of abuse. The association between child abuse, mental health, happiness, and family environment is complex. The study examines the association and pathways between child abuse exposure, mental health and happiness, while exploring the potentially mediating effect of the family environment. Methods: Data were collected from 571 high school students from Kerala, India, by using various tools, including a semi-structured questionnaire, Depression and Anxiety Youth Scale, and happiness scale. A mediation analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) was carried out to test the objectives of the study. Results: The analysis shows that mental health, happiness, and family environment are correlated with abuse experience. The mediation analysis further shows that the indirect effect of abuse on mental health via the family environment was significant (? = 0.013, 95% CI [0.002, 0.033]). The indirect effect of abuse on happiness via the family environment was significant (? = 0.019, 95% CI [0.044, 0.003]). Furthermore, the total effect of abuse on mental health (? = 0.266, 95% CI [0.164, 0.354]) and abuse on happiness (? = 0.152, 95% CI [0.259, 0.050]) was significant. Conclusion: The study reveals that abuse experiences impact happiness and mental health outcomes among students. The family environment mediates the relationship between child abuse and mental health, and between child abuse and happiness. 2023 The Author(s). The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has developed the Data Empowerment and Protection Architecture (DEPA) to provide secure and privacy-protected access to personal data. DEPA includes data sharing agreements, consent management, and authentication for third-party developers. While unique to India, DEPA shares similarities with the European Commission's efforts to promote open banking and open finance in the European Union through the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2). PSD2 mandates that banks across all EU member countries provide API access to third-party payment account information and services. The study highlights the importance of perceived ease of use, trust, and utility in shaping people's attitudes and intentions towards an open banking fram ework. Interestingly, risk has a minimal impact on user adoption. This finding offers valuable insights to developers and marketers, indicating the need to prioritise user-friendly, trustworthy, and effective technologies while mitigating perceived risks to maximise adoption and customer satisfaction.
