The current research targets the fine-tuning of the OpenLLaMA-3B model for personality development tasks with parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) via LoRA and QLoRA. To deal with hardware limitations, 4-bit quantization through BitsAndBytes was used, lowering memory without affecting accuracy. A FAISS-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline was also used to improve contextual reliability. Semantic similarity (cosine similarity), BLEURT, ROUGE, and human evaluation were used to evaluate the model. The results of this experiment show that semantic similarity greatly increasing from 0% before fine-tuning to 80% after fine-tuning, demonstrating the benefit of PEFT and quantization in domain adaptation. The work illustrates that by leveraging effective fine-tuning, quantization, and retrieval augmentation, LLMs can be deployed at scale under limited resources while providing high contextual accuracy for personality development purposes. This approach not only enhances knowledge of the job, but it also has practical scalability for educational and self-improvement purposes. The findings highlight a viable path forward for applying small, yet strong, LLMs to personalized learning and adaptive human-AI interaction. 2025 IEEE. We applied Danielle Levac's recommendations and used the scoping review framework developed by Arksey and O'Malley. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study involved identifying and analyzing 246 papers from major databases, followed by a rigorous screening process to select 54 relevant studies. Data coding, inclusion, and exclusion screening were conducted by us independently. Findings: According to the findings, studies on FinTech and financial capacity started in 2012, and since 2020, the number of studies has sharply increased. The analysis showed that financial inclusion was the primary focus of the major FinTech studies, suggesting possible research gaps in other aspects of financial competence. We suggested recommendations and prospective directions for further research in this developing subject based on these findings. Managerial Implications: This knowledge will help managers find opportunities for collaboration, offer fresh perspectives, and make wise choices, which will improve the sector. Theoretical Implications: Important concepts and relationships were found, new trends were highlighted, and theoretical advancements were suggested as a result of the inquiry. Through the filling of knowledge gaps, the study would guide future theoretical development, facilitate diverse perspectives, and support the construction of robust frameworks in the FinTech and financial capabilities sector. Although ceramic garbage is deposited on the land, it is a non-biodegradable waste that pollutes the environment. This study is based on the use of industrial waste products such as ceramic sanitary waste to improve the mechanical qualities of concrete that have been exposed to elevated temperatures. An experimental investigation was carried out on cubes, cylinders, and beams to assess compressive strength, split tensile strength, and flexural strength with fractional replacement of fine aggregates with 10, 20, and 30% of ceramic waste and 0, 1, and 2% of carbon fibers as additives at normal and elevated temperature as per ASTM code recommendations and the results shown as a significant improvement. The strength of M30 grade concrete with partial replacement of fine aggregate with ceramic waste up to 30% and carbon additives up to 2% shows an improvement of compressive strength by 17.56% than conventional concrete. It is also observed that normal M30 grade concrete loses its strength by 49.6% when it is exposed to 600C and with fractional replacement of fine aggregate by ceramic waste by up to 30% and carbon additives by up to 2% shows the loss of strength is decreased up to 22.67%. These enclosed vertical shafts help the rapid spread of smoke, toxic gases and heat across different floors and pose a high risk to the occupants and affect the evacuation process. However, the actual life fire outbreaks show that the existing measures are still wanting as far as evacuation safety is concerned. These issues are addressed in this research through the use of performance-based fire design (PBFD) to assess fire behaviour and evacuation patterns in high-rise buildings. The study then simulates using PyroSim and Pathfinder simulation software, the visibility of smoke, reduction of visibility, CO and CO2 levels, temperature changes, and congestion of the evacuation corridors. Unlike other studies, this paper combines both fire development and occupants response to give a holistic approach to the issue of evacuation challenges. One of the findings of this research is the analysis of the ASET and RSET whereby it was found that the current provisions in fire safety do not ensure a safe exit. It was established that RSET is much higher than ASET, which points to a severe lack in current fire safety solutions. Simulations incorporating NBC-2016 (National Building Code-2016) provisionssuch as fire-rated doors, sprinklers, and mechanical ventilationdemonstrate improved outcomes, reducing RSET from 1,272 seconds to 746 seconds. However, persistent challenges such as congestion, bottlenecks, and hazardous gas levels highlight the need for enhanced fire safety strategies. This research offers practical recommendations to improve evacuation effectiveness through better ventilation, compartmentalization, and advanced suppression systems. Hence, a review of literature was done to find the benefits of Mental Health First Aid and how it could benefit in solving the crisis in India. Creating a Mental Health First Aid Kit on a similar basis to its physical counterpart can also come in handy while administering mental health first aid. Results show that an individual trained inmental health first aid might act as a bridge between people with mental ailments and mental health professionals and assist in providing timely help. Our findings reveal a significant polarization degree (PD) of 1.1% 0.3% in the 2.0-8.0 keV energy range. Spectropolarimetric analysis was performed by modeling the source spectra with an absorbed multicolor disk component and a blackbody. This allowed us to constrain the polarization contributions from the disk and boundary/spreading layer. The results indicate that the observed polarization signal primarily originates from the disk and the spreading layer at the neutron stars surface, rather than the boundary layer. Additionally, we detect an excess polarization component, which we attribute to either an outflow or reflection processes within the system, indicating the presence of a third component, albeit not observed in the IXPE spectra. Furthermore, energy-resolved polarization analysis in the 2.0-4.0 and 4.0-8.0 keV energy ranges hinted at a marginal increase of PD with energy and rotation of polarization angle (PA). This also pointed to an energy-dependent dominance of emission and indicated that the variation in PA with energy (?17? in the 2.0-4.0 keV energy range and ?48? in the 4.0-8.0 keV energy range) is likely associated with the different nonorthogonal PAs of the disk and spreading layer components, which peak at different energies. 2025.
