The e-retail companies majorly use discounts as major attraction to gain more customers. In this process of trying to increase the market share the sustainability factors are not given importance in various ways. This research paper tries to find if customers give importance to sustainability related factors and if these factors can be advertised by the e-retailers. The paper tries to find if this will have an impact on the customer purchase decisions from the e retailers. Analyzing the structure of the automorphism groups of graphs, and investigating the properties of graphs that are constructed from algebraic structures are two important research topics in algebraic graph theory. Blending these two aspects of study, an algebraic intersection graph, called the invariant intersection graph of a graph, has been introduced in the literature. In this paper, we study certain properties of the invariant intersection graphs of graphs, and obtain some structural characterizations of these graphs, based on the automorphism group of the graph on which the invariant intersection graph is constructed. 2026 World Scientific Publishing Company.

This paper is as a result of a process of seeking a solution to theperennial challenge of mismatch of fertilizer demand and supply in Zimbabwe. The study investigated the causes of the mismatch of fertilizer demand and supply in the post agrarian reform with a view to finding the factors that cause the mismatch. The study has been necessitated by the fact that Zimbabwe?s economy is agro-based and supportsmore than twelve million people. The study was informed by the following objectives: (i) To know and understand the existing demand and supply of fertilizer in Zimbabwe(ii) To find reasons for the gap in the market and its impact on Zimbabwe?s agricultural sector (iii) To examine the role of banks and financial institutions in leveraging farmer access to loans in Zimbabwe (iv) To understand the farmers' perceptions of the situation and make justifications of the mismatch and (v) To suggest and adopt suitable strategies which reinforce sustainable demand and supply of fertilizer in the country. In context and pursuit of the objectives, this study used both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. A survey questionnaire was administered on the total of 380 respondents within the study returned questionnaires. The study was premised on 3 null hypotheses, one testing significance difference between product brand and market demand for fertilizer, another testing significance difference between availability and accessibility of fertilizer and yet another tested significance difference in the perception among farmers and stakeholders on the use of fertilizer. To do the hypothesis testing,data
frequencies were run to note descriptive data patterns, cross-tabulations to establish a relationship between variable through various statistical tests: chi- square, correlations, ANOVA correlation coefficients, regression analysis and R-square value. Regression analysis was conducted to establish squared multiple correlation coefficient(R2) between Fertilizer Market,the unobserved dependent variable comprised of Demand (need for fertilizer, Supply/usage of fertilizer and availability of fertilizer) and independent composite variables of location/place of the fertilizer, fertilizer company brands, i.e. products, respondents in the study(people) and costs of financing fertilizer.This study accepted the first 2 null hypotheses and rejected the last hypothesis respectively.During the content thematic analysis salient themes and issues were; fertilizer availability at specific locations, high usage of ammonia brand, low application of fertilizer, inadequate fertilizer storage facilities, quality of fertilizer and accessibility to markets and specific fertilizers brands at specific periods. Upon triangulation, thequalitative responses were similar and complimentary to the quantitative responses.The composite or unobserved predictor variables; Place/Location of fertilizer, Type of fertilizer/Product brand, cost price and people accounted for the squared multiple correlation coefficient.573 or 57.3% (R2) adjusted R2 0.568 of the variance of Fertilizer Market dependent composite variable. This proportion in other words was the contribution of the independent variables. This suggests relationships that has the moderate effect (substantial) on Market the dependent variable based on the criterion that 0.573 is moderate. Regression analysis pointed to a strong Pearson correlations relation between fertilizer market and location (place where fertilizer was available) .004 and product 0.21. The unobserved predictor independent variable fertilizer type product or brand multiple correlation coefficient.517 or 51.3% (R2), fertilizer location or location could be found .542 or 54.2% (R2) with unobserved predictor dependent variable fertilizer market.Following onto this, the study highlights a model to help us better manage the mismatch. This model is developed from a collaborative ramework.The thesis ultimately makes conclusions and recommendations about crafting policies that will assist to match fertilizer demand and supply in Zimbabwe.

Human resource development in nursing involves training, continuing education, and mentorship to enhance nurses' skills and knowledge. By investing in the professional development of nurses, human resource development contributes to improved patient care, and employee satisfaction. The present study was carried out to examine the relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction of nurses and to find out whether there are any differences based on marital status. The data was collected from 92 nurses from five hospitals in Kerala and Karnataka states. Tools used for data collection were the Job satisfaction scale and the Big Five Personality Inventory. The data was analyzed using a t- test and correlation. Results of the study indicated that job satisfaction shows no significant differences based on marital status. The personality trait conscientiousness positively correlated with job satisfaction. Implementing Human resources development (HRD) practices in nursing significantly impacts nurses' job satisfaction, contributing to hospitals' performance excellence. 2025, IGI Global Scientific Publishing. A set D of vertices in a signed graph ? is a restrained dominating set of ? if D is a restrained dominating set of the underlying graph |?|, and every cycle formed by the edges connecting D to V \D and those within V \D is balanced. The restrained domination number ?r(?) is the minimum cardinality of a restrained dominating set of ?. In this paper, we establish results on the restrained domination number for derived signed graphs, including line signed graphs, semi-total point signed graphs, semi-total line signed graphs, and total signed graphs and we also examine their structural properties in relation to their restrained domination number. 2025 World Scientific Publishing Company.

Tourism can be seen as one of the major industries across the world in preservation, conservation and revitalization of culture. One of the major forms of tourism which is engaged in this activity is cultural tourism. This form of tourism provides experience of rural lifestyle with tourists visiting villages and staying with local communities in order to understand and experience their way of living. Different scholars have defined cultural tourism differently, in view of cultural attraction emerging as a major motivational factor for tourists to visit destinations. It has been described as a tourist activity; which helps in overcoming social isolation and sharing culture through tourism.
In the present scenario, the art forms can be seen only in the tourist destinations and other tourist generating regions. There is not much effort taken by the Government and stakeholders in sustaining these cultures for future generation. In India, the state of Kerala is known as the major hub of art forms and this is one of the principle reasons for the tourism growth in this state. The current status of the art forms of Kerala is in a dying state. Hence the present study deals with the role of the resorts in the revitalization of art forms. Various research studies conducted in this area are very general in nature and there is a gap with regard to studying specific art forms. The area of study covers various resorts located in Kerala.
In this study an effort has been taken to link the relationship between resorts and art forms and the way in which it is revitalized. For this purpose the study was conducted by collecting data from both primary and secondary sources. The sets of questionnaire for the study was developed and administered with the help of a statistician. Some of the major findings of the study showed that 97% of resorts have performances of art forms on daily basis and the performances are conducted on tourist demand. Resort owners are accompanying various tourism components and offering attractive package to the tourists.
Culture is a part of life and an individuals identity which ultimately becomes the image of the society. Art forms, cuisines, customs, lifestyle, traditions etc constitute culture. Further research can be done on these areas linking with tourism which will not only help in the preservation of culture but also in a way attracting tourists to particular destinations.

Computer vision has become an integral part of modern agriculture. One of the key applications of computer vision is the automatic detection and classification of plant disease from digital images of plant leaves. In this study, we evaluate the discriminatory capability of selected texture features in identifying plant diseases from leaf images. Texture features are extracted from resized raw images. Experiments are carried out with public data sets of five different plants. Through extensive experimentation, two classifiersRandom forest and XGBoost are chosen for the evaluation. The class imbalance problem is addressed with a simple resampling. Resampling considerably improves the prediction accuracy. With the raw input images, the best feature as well as classifier depends on the plant type and the quality of the input images. According to World Health Organization Learning disability is a state of arrested or incomplete development of mind. The most common learning disabilities are Dyslexia, Dyscalculia Dysgraphia, Auditory and Visual Processing Disorders and Nonverbal Learning Disabilities. Adolescents with learning difficulty have trouble expressing their feelings, calming themselves down, and reading non-verbal cues which can lead to difficulty in the classroom and with their peers. In India approximately 13 to 14 per cent of all school children suffer from learning disorders (Sadaket 2009). The social relationships of the adolescents with learning disability have a positive influence on their self esteem. It helps them to maintain a constructive relationship with their peers, teachers and parents. The study was focused to know the relationship of self esteem and social relation in adolescents with learning disability.
The study was conducted among all the Adolescents with Learning Disability, in an alternative school in Bangalore. The size of the sample was 50 which include both genders and the sampling design was purposive sampling. Adolescents with learning disability of the age group 11 to 18 years were included for the study. The students level of self-esteem was assessed by using a 10-item scale developed by Rosenberg (1965). The Rosenberg Self- Esteem Scale was rated on a 4-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 4 (strongly agree). The researcher reverse scored five items that were negative in nature so that higher scores would indicate higher level of self-esteem. The scale ranges from 0-30. Scores between 15 and 25 are within normal range; scores below 15 suggest low self- esteem. A semi structured questionnaire was designed to gather information on the socio demographic profile and social relation of adolescents with learning disability. A pilot study was conducted among 10 percent of samples and necessary modifications were made. The statistical analysis was done on the data using SPSS. The level of significance was fixed at
0.005(p<0.05).
The results show that, among the total respondents, 62.0 percent of them are male respondents (n=31) and 38.0 percent are female respondents (n=19).56 percent of the respondents are being compared with their siblings by their parents. The study indicates that
44 percent of the respondents feel stressed due to parental pressure. The respondents who fall under the age group of 16-19 years have a higher self-esteem than the respondents who fall under the age group of 11-15 years. The study shows that, statically there is a significant relationship between the respondents relationship with parents with respect to respondents self-esteem. There is less significant relationship between the respondents relationship with peers with respect to respondents self-esteem. Present study indicates that, statically there is a significant relationship between the respondents relationship with teachers with respect to respondents self-esteem.
Learning disability is a disorder which can be remedied using appropriate instructional strategies. The early identification helps in remedial teaching and building self-esteem. The present study indicates that adolescents with learning disability with better social relationship will have high self-esteem. Realizing the importance of self-esteem and its relationship with social relation, a multidisciplinary approach is required to initiate appropriate interventions in building self-esteem and teaching learning disabled child. Thus the learning disabled child can be mainstreamed effectively.

The linear stability analysis of DarcyBrinkmanBard convection (DBBC) in a binary fluid-saturated porous layer is studied numerically using n term Galerkin approach for rigidrigid, isothermal boundaries. The occupied binary fluid and porous medium are assumed to be in thermal non-equilibrium. Thus, two energy equations are used for each phase. The critical values of the DarcyRayleigh and wave numbers for theonset of convectionare obtained by considering ten terms in the Galerkin solution. The effect of the five parameters of the model, namely the Darcy number, Da, the modified ratio of thermal conductivity ?, theLewis number Le, theseparation ratio coefficient, ?, and the inter-phase heat transfer coefficient, H, on the stability of the system is discussed in detail and presented with the aid of plots and tables. The onset of convection in a binary fluid-saturated porous medium is delayed for realistic boundary conditions compared with ideal boundary conditions (stress-free, isothermal boundary conditions). Increasing the values of theDarcy number, inter-phase heat transfer coefficient, and the separation ratio coefficient stabilizes DBBC. In contrast, the thermal conductivity ratioand Lewis number aredestabilize the system. Furthermore, convective cell size remains unaltered with increasing ?. Convection is delayed in thepure fluid medium compared to thebinary fluid medium. Local thermal non-equilibrium ceases for small and large inter-phase heat transfer coefficient values.
