Customer satisfaction is important criteria for banks sustenance, now banks are offers online banking services according to the customer needs and requirements. This study analysed customers satisfactions towards online banking services of public sector banks in Tiruchirappalli district. It is understand from the present study that bank websites and technology platforms has to offer various knowledge features on financial services. To retain the existing customers, banks has to conduct regular surveys on the customer satisfaction.
