We came up with a mathematical model to encrypt and decrypt data securely. In this paper we have came up with a technique to encrypt and decrypt data using non-deterministic random numbers and generating two cipher text for each data unit (character) and verified the randomness of our cipher text using chi-square test, Gaps test.
