We gathered a distinctive and substantial database of online user ratings for the hotel industry from numerous websites over a significant amount of time. To gauge the quality of hotel service, we divided customer reviews into two categories using the sentiment analysis technique. The impact of those factors in influencing users overall evaluation and content creation behavior is then investigated.
