It examines the activities and practices to improve employee behaviour and also focuses on challenges faced by employees in spite of stress and mental health related issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data has been collected from secondary sources. The authors have used desk research and gray literature. The findings showcase increased employee engagement, improvements in diversity and inclusion, and an overall improvement in the inventive and creative skills of employees. It also helps the organization to brand itself better along with better recruitment strategies and practices.
