Based on this, a strategy is developed to fill gaps or prospective shortages. Organizations can achieve their goals by using talent planning and collecting data about upcoming projects and skill requirements based on market needs. For example, talent planning is essential in the healthcare sector to guarantee that hospitals and clinics have enough doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers to fulfill the rising demand for healthcare services.
