Today, the news is streamed on YouTube, marketing of a product is done live on YouTube and it has become a platform for one of the biggest PR producers for companies. Various companies have proposed an optimized way of understanding and getting the opinions of the viewers from YouTube live chat and find the best possible way to provide relevant and informative content to boost the business strategy. This study uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) based approach along with NLP transformers to classify and analyses the sentiment. 2022 IEEE.
