HR analytics has contributed to formulating and implementing data-driven strategies across various industries and organizations. The main objective of this conceptual paper is to explain the concept of HR analytics and describe its modus operandi. We reviewed the literature on various facets of HR analytics from 2016 to 2024. We have explained the modus operandi of HR analytics through the key aspects of strategic HRM. This paper is significant because HR analytics is evolving as a more technical discipline with modern technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.
