A mixed-methods design is chosen so that computational sentimental analysis can be integrated along with qualitative insights such that patterns of emotional response and disparities across hierarchical levels can be identified. The results obtained highlight that sentiments vary significantly across organisational roles and underscores the significant psychological impact these microaggressions have on job satisfaction and career growth.
