Conventional surveillance systems, that rely primarily on video feeds, have been undergoing the process of incorporating audio and sensor data to provide monitoring solutions that are more comprehensive and accurate. In addition to this the research provides an overview of the possibility of strengthening security in a number of settings. It also deals with the strategy involved in the integration of multimodal data as well as challenges associated with this process. This expansion is crucial for the deployment of these integrated systems.
