Based on the discussions of multiple spectrums namely, Academic excellence, Students employability and Industry readiness, Research Innovation, Teaching effectiveness, Global and National Rankings and Faculty Satisfaction, the paper has suggested the implementation of AI to all pervasively enable the academic Institutions to grow, diversify and enrich the talent acquisition and retention.
