Women face issues such as gender barriers, and social constraints, yet they leverage agriculture, handicrafts, and service sectors to drive growth. Success stories show how women face financial inclusion and other challenges. Digital platforms help access the market, skill development, and financial transactions, bridge gaps and promote sustainability. Policies like Stree Shakti Yojana, Mahila Udyam Nidhi Scheme and other provide financial aid, train and foster entrepreneurs. Sustainable practices, including renewable energy and eco-friendly techniques, further enhance prospects.
