This study analyzes legal gaps in the protection of cultural knowledge in immersive digital platforms, highlighting risks posed by generative AI and decentralized governance. We evaluate emerging solutions such as blockchain- based ownership verification and NFT licensing-against ethical concerns of profit- sharing and moral rights. Drawing on comparative legal research, we propose an international framework integrating digital rights management and sui generis protections for cultural assets.
