As nations pursue large- scale health reforms, the integration of physical and digital (phygital) healthcare ecosystems presents both transformative opportunities and new ethical challenges. This chapter examines inclusion in healthcare economics through the lenses of affordability, accessibility, and social justice, situating these concerns within contemporary national health reform agendas.
