It explores digital wellbeing, the growing need for initiatives, and the tools available in India and the world. These initiatives enhance accessibility, reduce stigma, offer personalized interventions, and improve psychological and workplace wellbeing. However, current technology, especially AI-based chatbots, have limited user interaction and authentic therapeutic support. Additionally, biased datasets can lead to flawed responses and issues with inclusive support. Current initiatives face privacy concerns due to a lack of regulatory bodies, emphasizing the need for robust regulation and oversight.
