- The role of AI is crucial in the recruitment and selection process, training and development, compensation and performance appraisal process, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen the human resource information system. With the rapidly changing business environment, organizations are moving from traditional HRM practices to modern HRM practices like people analytics and HR analytics with the help of artificial intelligence. The aim of this study is to conduct a bibliometric review of scientific literature, aiming to identify and analyze critical topics, authors, sources, highly cited articles, countries involved, and the intellectual and conceptual structure within the field.
