- Description
- In todays ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape, the traditional perimeter based security model is no longer sufficient to protect organizations from advanced threats and breaches. The Zero Trust framework has emerged as a paradigm shift in security strategy, focusing on the fundamental principle that trust should never be assumed, even within a networks boundaries. This abstract explores the foundational concepts of Zero Trust, emphasizing its core principles and components. Zero Trust security is rooted in the belief that organizations should not automatically trust any user or device, whether inside or outside the corpo rate network. This approach challenges the traditional trust but verify model and replaces it with a never trust, always verify philosophy. The Zero Trust model is designed to enhance security by continuously validating the identity and security posture of users, devices, applications, and data. 2026 by Apple Academic Press, Inc.
