It identifies various sources of material waste across the construction lifecycle, shedding light on the factors contributing to waste generation and inefficiencies. It evaluates existing practices and strategies utilized for waste minimization and management, encompassing approaches like reuse, recycling, and disposal. It emphasizes the crucial need to tackle material waste in construction projects to foster sustainability and optimize resource utilization in the built environment.
