This paper discusses various changes adopted by the finance and banking sector with the help of various successful changes in the banking industry. The banking sector, where human-to-human interaction was the core of operating technology, has made it machine-to-machine. Various significant and recent changes have been discussed, followed by some challenges faced by this industry even after successfully adopting technology.
