This paper proposes a multi-layered intelligent framework for evaluating handwritten descriptive answer scripts by integrating Revised Bloom's Taxonomy with adaptive assessment methods. The system consists of a multi-dimensional evaluation strategy comprising four valuation metrics, namely, content relevance, coherence, depth, and argumentation quality.
