- This study examines how digital technologies can help us to solve climate change through mitigation and adaptation. Through a literature review of the evolution of digital technologies from simple communication applications to artificial intelligence tools, this analysis identifies urgent applications needed at each stage of technological development and critiques their utility in climate action. The findings point out that the digital technologies have the potential to play a large role in combating climate change, but implementation faces challenges that need to be addressed through coordinated action internationally. The research concludes that by integrating approach that are combining of technological innovation and suitable policy frameworks presents climate action's most auspicious path forward.
