<text>Success and efficiency of today's business depends on many factors across various industries. Among the many factors, supply chain plays a crucial role. The well-functioning of distribution system may lead to customer satisfaction, cost reduction, risk management, competitive advantage, collaboration and integration, innovation and adoptability and sustainability. Adopting technology in supply chain systems is another way of increasing business growth in the present era. The technologies used in today's business organizations are blockchain, internet of things (IoT), cloud technology, etc. To what extent technology is used to improve supply chain visibility in business is a matter of concern. With this background, the study aims to explore the relationship and impact of different technology on supply chain visibility in fast moving consumer goods sector. To meet the objective of the study, the study chose the top 20 FMCG companies based on highest market share and collected the data from 20 supply chain managers. The variables considered for the study were internet of things (IoT), blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), radio frequency identification (RFID), cloud technology and information technology. relevant statistical analysis was used to prove the results and it is evident that technology positively correlates with the supply chain visibility. Artificial Intelligence has the most significant impact on the supply chain visibility of a firm. Hence, there is a significant impact of technology on supply chain visibility and the extent impact is high. 2024, IGI Global. All rights reserved.</text>

<text>Green finance initiatives have received global support in modern times, relatively in response to safeguard the environment and preserve natural resources through channelizing the investments to create a green economy. This paper attempts to evaluate and compare the green finance growth in green bond issuing nations across the world. This study also assesses the effect of green finance growth on the dependence of non-renewable energy resources especially fossil fuels that have been creating several environmental issues for the past years. This study develops a pressure-state-response framework to evaluate the comprehensive system of green finance growth that depicts the interaction of sub-aspects. We employ the entropy technique to calculate the weights at each level within the evaluation system. We also constructed empirical models to assess the relationship between green finance growth and dependence on fossil fuel consumption and found that there exists a negative relationship between the two. The results convey that proliferation of green finance instruments can reduce the dependence on fossil fuels and smoothen the transition towards a carbon negative world. 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.</text>

<text>Capital market in absolute sense is regarded as the mirror of the economy. Economy is a combination of various sectors. A sectoral index acts as barometer for the performance of that sector. As sectors are interrelated, this calls for studying the vulnerability of the each sector with the market as a whole .With an attempt to contribute to the meager amount of research on the sectoral indices of Indian capital market, this study aims to analyze the dependence of Nifty on its sectoral variants. This research will help in identifying the sector that has been the cause of movement in the market which can be beneficial in understanding and predicting the potential movement in the market by giving an inside of the vicious circle. The study include unit root test, co-integration and Granger causality test. The results of unit root test reveal that all the indices are non-stationary. It was observed that there are no co-integrating equations which was also discovered in the previous papers. The granger casualty test reveal that Auto, Bank, Energy and pharma are the sectors that have causal relation with the Nifty and Financial services, FMCG and IT sectors are the ones that do not have any causal relation with the Nifty. <text>Purpose The article discusses the relationships between sustainable HRM and organizational identification, conceptualized at the individual level, and the moderating role of cultural dimensions conceptualized at the country level (described in GLOBEs framework). The studys theoretical model based on social exchange theory proposes that sustainable HRM practice increases organizational identification. However, the strength of this identification depends on the dimensions of national culture. Thus, we assumed national culture functions as a second-level moderator in the relationship between sustainable HRM and organizational identification. Design/methodology/approach We conducted the study with data from 10, 421 employees across 35 countries. We used a multilevel modeling approach for data analysis. Findings The study revealed the cross-level interaction effects of national culture on the relationship between sustainable HRM practice and organizational identification. Specifically, the results indicate that sustainable HRM strengthens employees organizational identification more in cultures with higher levels of gender egalitarianism and lower levels of humane orientation. Originality/value This study demonstrates that the relationship between sustainable HRM practices and employees organizational identification is culturally sensitive. It highlights the need to consider cultural context when assessing the impact of sustainable HRM practices on employee outcomes. Furthermore, it shows that certain cultural dimensions can enhance the effect of sustainable HRM practices. 2025 Dariusz Turek et al. Published by Emerald Publishing Limited.</text>

<text>Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of waste management and innovational capability on business performance in the medical materials industry. Design/methodology/approach Partial least square-structure equation modelling was used to test the hypothesis. Convenience sampling was used to collect the responses, and questionnaires were distributed among a wide variety of stakeholders in the industry, including online and in-person managerial employees and specialists in waste management. Findings The result of this study revealed that eco-innovation has a significant relationship with waste management. However, green organizational climates have a significant relationship with waste management. Furthermore, environmental and social aspects have a positive moderation impact between eco-innovation and waste management. In addition, waste management mediates the relationship between innovational capability and business performance. Originality/value This study contributes to the resource-based view theory by demonstrating the direct impact of eco-innovation and green organizational climate on waste management and illustrates the indirect impact of innovational capability on business performance through waste management. 2025 Emerald Publishing Limited</text>

<text>Human cancer remains a leading cause of global mortality. Traditional treatment methods, while effective are often associated with substantial side effects, high technical requirements, and considerable expenses. Recently, anticancer peptides, such as dolastatin-type peptides naturally found in marine mollusc Dolabella auricularia, have gained attention due to their enhanced characteristics and specific targeting of cancer cells with minimal toxicity to normal cells. This review aims to provide a comprehensive summary of the anticancer activities of natural dolastatins and synthetic analogues over the past 35 years, focusing on their utilization in advancing cancer treatment strategies. This updated review encompasses a detailed analysis of numerous studies demonstrating the cytotoxic effects of dolastatins and their synthetic analogues on various human tumour cell lines. The analysis includes investigations into their ability to activate apoptosis pathways, inhibit cell cycle progression, and indirectly limit inflammation and angiogenesis in tumours. Both natural dolastatins and synthetic analogues have demonstrated significant anticancer properties through a variety of mechanisms in vitro and in vivo pharmacological studies. Some have even advanced to clinical trials, either alone or in combination with other agents, and have shown promising outcomes. The biological activities of dolastatins and their synthetic analogues offer a promising path in the development of more effective and sustainable anticancer drugs. Their specific action on cancer cells and relative non-toxicity to normal cells highlight their potential as superior cancer therapeutic agents. The current study provides a platform for the most recent preclinical and clinical research on dolastatins and their analogues. Further research into these marine peptides may contribute to the development of sustainable and efficient treatment models for cancer, filling a significant gap in the current cancer therapeutic portfolio. 2023 The Authors</text>

<text>In todays information-rich landscape, automatic text summarization systems are pivotal in condensing extensive textual content into concise and informative summaries. The current study ventures into domain-agnostic summarization, delving into advanced models spanning various domains, such as business, entertainment, sports, politics, and technology. The study aims to uncover domain-specific enhancements, assess resource efficiency, and explore the boundaries of applicability. This study covers nine cutting-edge models, including Google Pegasus-Large, Facebook BART-Base, SSHLEIFER DistilBART-CNN-6-6, Facebook BART-Large, T5-Large, T5-Base, Facebook BART-Large-CNN, Facebook BART-Large-Xsum, and SSHLEIFER DistilBART-Xsum-12-1. Each model undergoes rigorous evaluation, revealing its efficacy within various domains. Google Pegasus-Large emerges as a standout choice for cross-domain summarization, while Facebook BART-Base demonstrates remarkable stability. Models like SSHLEIFER DistilBART-CNN-6-6, T5 variants, and others contribute to the evolving landscape of summarization. This study endeavors to establish a robust foundation for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of summarization techniques within various domains, thereby contributing valuable insights to the broader literature on text summarization. <text>Violence against women (VAW) remains a critical public health and human rights concern, affecting women's physical, mental, and social well-being in both family and workplace settings. This study examines the prevalence and patterns of domestic violence and workplace harassment and their impact on women's health in urban areas of Trichy District, Tamil Nadu. Using a cross-sectional mixed-methods approach, data were collected from 320 women aged 1855 years through surveys and interviews. The findings reveal that nearly half of the respondents experienced domestic violence, primarily emotional, verbal, economic, physical, and sexual abuse, largely perpetrated by intimate partners and linked to substance use. Workplace harassment affected over one-third of working women, with weak reporting mechanisms and limited institutional support. The study highlights significant health consequences, underreporting due to stigma and dependence, and the need for integrated legal, health, and empowerment-based interventions to address violence against women effectively. 2026 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing. <text>In this study, by applying the principles of the quantum mechanical method, we studied the molecular-level interactions present between two common drugs, namely CTP and DPH, using M062X/cc-pVDZ theory. The interactions were studied at six different sites, thus giving rise to six CTP-DPH complexes using modern computational tools. The binding energies of complexes AF were calculated, and it was shown that the complex formation is thermodynamically favorable. Natural Bond Orbital (NBO) analysis throws light on the inter- and intramolecular interactions present in the complex. To get a detailed idea of the type of interaction, along with its strength, tools such as Quantum Theory of Atoms in Molecules (QTAIM), reduced density gradient approach (NCI-RDG) and Interaction Region Indicator (IRI) were used. The QTAIM parameters, along with the NCI and IRI results, show the presence of weaker interactions such as hydrogen bonds, van der Waals interactions. Focus was also given to analyzing the decomposition of total energy into different components using LED analysis based on DLPNO-CCSD(T) level of theory. The Local Energy Decomposition (LED) analysis goes very well with the binding energy values. The results obtained show that complex F has the highest stability among all the complexes. Also, the results calculated using different methods are consistent, supporting the dominance of weak dispersive forces. Thus, this study gives valuable information related to the interactions between these two drugs, such as their biocompatibility, complexity in pharmaceutical applications. 2026 World Scientific Publishing Company.</text>

<text>Algebraic graph theory is an intriguing field of research in which various properties of graphs constructed based on algebraic structures are studied. Interlacing two important structural aspects of graphs namely, coloring, and domination in graphs, several domination-related colorings of graphs are introduced in the literature. In this paper, we study such domination-related colorings of algebraic graphs, called the n-inordinate invariant intersection graphs and the n-inordinate invariant non-intersection graphs, that are constructed based on the symmetric group. 2025 World Scientific Publishing Company.</text>

<text>Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) are a unique class of 0D nanomaterials, featured by a graphitic core and shell layers saturated with hydrogen atoms and functional groups. CQDs are prepared through top-down and bottom-up strategies from natural and synthetic precursors. CQDs can be modified through chemical (e.g., surface functionalization/passivation, doping, etc.) and physical (e.g., coreshell architecture, composite material blending, etc.) strategies to control their properties. This review highlights the effect of such modifications on the photophysical properties of CQDs, such as photoluminescence (PL), absorbance, and relaxivity. The dependence of PL upon the size, orientation at the edges, surface and edge functionalization, doping, excitation wavelength, concentration, pH, aggregate formation, etc., are summarized along with the supporting theoretical evidence available in the literature. Also, this review outlines the recent advancements, and future prospective of optical (e.g., sensing, bioimaging, and fluorescent ink) and catalytic applications (e.g., photocatalysis and electrocatalysis) of CQDs enhanced through physical and chemical modifications of their structure and composition. 2021 Wiley-VCH GmbH</text>

<text>In human body genetic codes are stored in the genes. All of our inherited traits are associated with these genes and are grouped as structures generally called chromosomes. In typical cases, each cell consists of 23 pairs of chromosomes, out of which each parent contributes half. But if a person has a partial or full copy of chromosome 21, the situation is called Down syndrome. It results in intellectual disability, reading impairment, developmental delay, and other medical abnormalities. There is no specific treatment for Down syndrome. Thus, early detection and screening of this disability are the best styles for down syndrome prevention. In this work, recognition of Down syndrome utilizes a set of facial expression images. Solid geometric descriptor is employed for extracting the facial features from the image set. An AdaBoost method is practiced to gather the required data sets and for the categorization. The extracted information is then assigned and used to instruct the Neural Network using Backpropagation algorithm. This work recorded that the presented model meets the requirement with 98.67% accuracy. 2021 Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science. All rights reserved.</text>

<text>Nowadays, the systems related to healthcare are restructured with innovative skills to offer humans more intellectual and proficient healthcare facilities. Various intelligent healthcare systems are exhibited with the help of machine learning and artificial intelligent tools to offer intellectual and expert services. In human body genetic codes are stored in the genes. This paper introduces an intelligent prediction and classification system for healthcare, feature selection based on density with Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm for Down syndrome (DS). 2021, Engg Journals Publications. <text>Numerous types of threats could become vulnerable to Wi-Fi networks. In terms of preventing and reducing their effect on the networks, it has become an imperative activity of any user to understand the threats. Even after thoroughly encrypting them, the route between the attackers device and the victims device may even be vulnerable to security attacks on Wi-Fi networks. It has also been noted that there are current shortcomings on Wi-Fi security protocols and hardware modules that are available in the market. Any device connected to the network could be a possible primary interface for attackers. Wi-Fi networks that are available in the transmission range are vulnerable to threats. For instance, if an Access Point(AP) has no encrypted traffic while it is attached to a Wi-Fi network, an intruder may run a background check to launch the attack. And then, attackers could launch more possible attacks in the targeted network, in which the Evil Twin attack have become the most prominent. This Evil Twin attack in a Wi-Fi network is a unique outbreak mostly used by attackers to make intrusion or to establish an infection where the users are exploited to connect with a victims network through a nearby access point. So, there are more chance to get users credentials by the perpetrators. An intruder wisely introduces a fake access point that is equivalent to something looks like an original access point near the network premises in this case. So, an attacker is capable of compromising the network when a user unconsciously enters by using this fake access point. Attackers could also intercept the traffic and even the login credentials used after breaching insecure networks. This could enable monitoring the users and perhaps even manipulating the behavior patterns of an authorized network user smoother for attackers. The key consideration of this research paper is the identification and avoidance of the Evil Twin attack over any Wi-Fi networks. It is named as DPETAs to address the strategies that intruders use to extract identities and what users need to do to keep them out of the networks. 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.</text>

Trapping the houseflies in homes, restaurants and public places remain as a prerequisite to maintain hygiene. However identifying the houseflies and trapping them, especially in vast areas is a challenging task. In this invention we propose an intelligent robotic drone to sense the dynamic movement of houseflies and trap them. The drone is engineered with dragonfly-brain inspired neural network model. Dragonflies are considered to be 95% accurate in predicting and capturing the trajectory movements of their insect prey.</text>
