Only after this has been done will it be beneficial to endure structure. In order to improve the quality of clay soil, the authors of this study utilised Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus megaterium. Clay should have its qualities improved by the use of the MICP approach, which involves the use of microorganisms. During the bio-b augmentation process, the cementation reagent and bacteria were combined with the clay soil in varying amounts.

Peer victimisation is a term used to describe the process of an individual being bullied by other peers, physically as well as socially, which affects the victims personality, emotional functioning, behaviour, and well-being. In response, the victims adopt several coping strategies to deal with the situation. However, the experience makes an indelible mark on those who have been victims of the process. This current study aims to understand the perspectives of young adults who have experienced peer victimisation and also explore the coping strategies used by them. The study adopts a qualitative research design, based on which data was collected from young adults (n = 10) using semi-structured interviews. After a process of screening, participants were chosen using a purposive sampling method. The data collected was analysed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), through which various super-ordinate themes emerged. The significant themes focus on the nature of peers, experiences of peer victimisation, risk factors leading to peer victimisation, consequences of peer victimisation, coping mechanisms, and strategies to prevent peer victimisation. The findings highlight the understanding of the repercussions of peer victimisation and emphasise the need to adopt innovative strategies, implement pre-emptive interventions, and mandate decisive measures to mitigate instances of peer victimisation. This study explores daughters' experience of their relationship with their mothers, and how this relationship has been perceived and interpreted by them during different periods in their lives, starting from childhood till the time of their motherhood.
Further it recognizes the changes in the mother daughter relationship and factors contributing to these changes over a period of time. The study also explores stressful times in the mother daughter relationship, and the impact that the mother has on the daughter. 11 married women with at least one child were interviewed using life history method and data was analyzed using Thematic Analysis. Findings indicated changes in daughters' communication with her mother over the life cycle and change in roles for the daughter as evident through role reversal and mutual mothering. Factors contributing to growth and change in the relationship were identified as the
daughter experiencing wife and mother roles herself. Daughters' pregnancy, and birth of grand children have been identified as factors which evoked a lot of support from mothers. Further, adolescence was reported as a stressful period in the mother daughter relationship. In addition, the mother's values, and behaviour was found to have a direct or indirect impact on the role attitudes and behaviours of some daughters in the study. The power of the mother's influence lied in her implicit and explicit messages given to the daughter more than her actual role choice. Some mothers and daughters had gender based expectations for each other.

An account of the resource
This chapter explores how digital tools can improve Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and help develop students holistically. It looks at how educational technology can fall within three distinct categories of SEL: technology-enhanced gamified learning, online collaboration spaces, and classroom-based Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven feedback and evaluation. This chapter emphasizes using interactive approaches that foster self-awareness, empathy, responsible decision-making, and interpersonal skillsusing data-driven approaches in order to make the student more aware of their own learning. This chapter discusses the benefits and challenges; the equity issues; and provides tangible ideas and strategies for educators and policy-makers. Abstract: The aim of this study was to develop and review the properties including removal efficacy of novel polyelectrolyte based multilayers against a pharmaceutical, obidoxime (OBD) from water. After examining a wide range of bilayer pairs based on different polyelectrolytes, the layer-by-layer (LbL) modification of polyamide microfiltration membrane with a uniform coating of poly(diallyldimethylammoniumchloride) (PDAC) and poly(sodium styrene sulfonate) (PSS) multilayers was found to be effective in its removal. The characterization of the bilayer pair was done with analytical instruments like UV-vis spectroscopy, ATR-FTIR, spectroscopic ellipsometry, TGA, SEM and AFM. The characterization of bilayer pairs demonstrated the stability and integrity of bilayer pair. The removal efficiency of bilayer buildup was analyzed by adjusting different assembly conditions and other filtration parameters. The maximum removal rate by the bilayer was 99.26% for 7 bilayer with average permeate flux of 6.19 m3/m2 day. These bilayers exhibit stable rejection properties under various applied conditions including change in pH, presence of anions, and macromolecules etc. suggesting its potential rejection application. The major factors that facilitate the rejection are found to be hydrophilic interaction and steric factor. The present study validated the application of polyelectrolyte modified microfiltration membranes as a potentially feasible and promising method for the removal of obidoxime residues from water matrix. 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

Tibetans, driven out of their homeland, have been living a life of exile since 1959. As they grapple with the challenges of preserving, shaping, transferring, and negotiating collective and cultural memories of a distant homeland, the role of the Tibet Museum at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh (the seat of the Tibetan government in exile) is pivotal. This chapter stems from an interest in understanding how the Museum serves aswhat Pierre Nora referred to asa site of memory for the Tibetans in exile to preserve the intergenerational memory. It tries to bring together the concepts of exile, culture, memory, and the institution of Tibet Museum to locate how it becomes a site of memory. How do the 9000-square-foot museum's permanent and temporary exhibitions institutionalise the memory of the imagined nation in exile?
