Our analysis confirms that both stars are extremely metal-poor and belong to the Carbon-Enhanced Metal-Poor (CEMP)-no class ([C/Fe] &gt; 0.70 and [Ba/Fe] &lt; ?1.0). Both of the stars are found to be group II CEMP-no stars in the A(C) versus [Fe/H] diagram. While both stars exhibit slightly enhanced ?-elements (Ca, Sc), their Mg, Fe-peak, and neutron-capture element abundances show distinct trends, indicating different progenitor pathways. From [O/Fe] and [Sr/Ba] ratios, we identify both metal-poor asymptotic giant branch stars and fast-rotating massive stars as potential progenitors. Further elemental abundance analysis suggests a multienrichment origin for these stars. Kinematic analysis reveals that HE 1148?0037 belongs to the halo, with a spatial velocity of 464.99 14 km s?1. Orbital calculations show that HE 1148?0037 follows a retrograde orbit and is associated with the high-energy retrograde halo, likely a member of the Iitoi substructure. This marks the first such detailed analysis for both objects. Our findings reveal that HE 0225 ?0546 is extremely metal-poor with [Fe/H] ??3.03, while HE 1153 ?0518 is very metal-poor with [Fe/H] ??2.80. Both stars exhibit enhancements in carbon and neutron-capture elements and formally satisfy the criteria for carbon-enhanced metal- poor (CEMP) classification. Although their [Ba/Eu] and [La/Eu] ratios do not allow a secure assignment to any specific CEMP sub-class, the estimated [Ba/Eu] and [Eu/Fe] ratios indicate that both stars fall into the r-II star category. Distinct abundance patterns between the two stars suggest different nucleosynthetic histories. HE 0225 ?0546 shows strong enhancement in Fe-peak elements, while HE 1153 ?0518 is mildly deficient in the same. Both stars are ?-enhanced, though the level of enhancement varies. These results indicate pollution by multiple progenitor channels. Abundance ratios imply that HE 0225 ?0546 is likely enriched by fast-rotating massive stars (FRMS), whereas HE 1153 ?0518 shows signatures consistent with asymptotic giant branch (AGB) star enrichment. Kinematic analyses place both stars in the high-energy, prograde component of the Galactic halo. HE 0225 ?0546 has an apogalactic distance (rapo ) of ?31.8 kpc, placing it in the outer halo, while HE 1153 ?0518 lies closer to the boundary of the inner and outer halo with rapo ?13.8 kpc. Both stars show kinematic coherence with the Sagittarius substructure, suggesting a possible extragalactic origin. The Author(s) 2025. Our estimated metallicity for these objects is 2.96, 2.63, and 2.49, respectively. The surface chemical compositions of the objects are found to be characterised by enhanced carbon and heavy elements, such as Y, Ba, La, and Ce. Using the classification criteria for carbon-enhanced metal-poor (CEMP) stars the objects HE 1104 0957 and HE 1205 0521 could not be classified into any known CEMP sub-classes, whereas the object HE 1244 3036 is found to be likely a CEMP-s star. The observed abundance patterns in HE 1244 3036 are also found to match well with the yields of a 2 M AGB star with [Fe/H] = 2.50. Although our kinematic analysis indicates that the objects belong to the halo population, the elemental abundance ratios of HE 1104 0957 and HE 1205 0521 do not match well with those of typical halo objects. This paper attempted to understand the relationship between green-orientation of a brand, antecedents of customer based brand equity namely of Aaker's Model with respect to the FMCG Industry in India. Data was collected from 207 FMCG product consumers from India above the age of 18. Person's correlation coefficient and Multiple Linear Regression were calculated to ascertain the relationship between green orientation and the antecedents of CBBE. It was found that Brand Loyalty was the most significant on CBBE whereas Brand Association was the least. The results of this research would be helpful for the brands to take decisions accordingly as it may act as an incentive to be more innovative towards sustainable ways of operating. Mothers of children with Type 1 diabetes experience an emotional toll of this challenging responsibility that the lack of social support can exacerbate. Health care for children with Type 1 diabetes in India commonly addresses the medical condition and its associated symptoms, whereas mothers, who bear the primary responsibility of the childrens care, are most often neglected. This study aimed to understand the psychological experiences and perceived social support of Indian mothers whose children are diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Methods: This phenomenological research was conducted using semi-structured interviews with mothers using purposive sampling between the ages of 24 and 45 years (n = 13) and analyzed using thematic analysis. The data analysis and collection were done between January 2022 and December 2022. Results: Thematic analysis revealed six main themes of psychological distress, multifold strain, poor Type 1 diabetes mellitus education and stigma, need for social and familial support, caregiver burden, and coping. The findings from this research suggest that such experiences can make it difficult for them to cope with their childs diabetes and have a negative impact on their mental health. Conclusion: This study highlights the need for culture-appropriate interventions to address the social and emotional needs of such mothers. The efficiency of the phytocompounds in the leaf extract in reducing Ag+ to Ag0 ions was studied. The synthesized SM-AgNPs were characterized by spectroscopic methods and standard methods were adopted for the antioxidant activity, HPTLC, cytotoxicity and antimicrobial assays and pesticidal activity as well. The synthesised nanoparticle was measured to be 20.54 nm which was confirmed by the characterization. The total phenolic content was 5.98 0. GAE/g which indicated potent antioxidant activity. HPTLC profile showed thirteen peaks corresponding to the phenolic compounds with Rf values ranging from 0.05 to 0.95. The average particle size and zeta potential was 75.14 nm-19.8 mV respectively. Cytotoxicity assay of the synthesized AgNP's showed viability percentage of 50.23 at 100 mg/mL. Treatment of MDA-MB-231 cell lines with the SM-AgNPs induced early apoptosis in a greater number of cells. The synthesizedAgNPs were effective against the bacterial isolates Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella flexneri, Proteus vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus. High mortality of Bemisiatabaci was observed in the100 g/mL of the SM-AgNPs treated concentrations. The onset of these toxins is due to several factors involving insect attacks, agricultural practices, and climate change. Acute and chronic health hazards are clinically proven after consuming contaminated foodstuffs, even at lower concentrations of mycotoxins. Synergistic, masked, and substantial occurrence in fruit matrices increase their complexity in detection and detoxification; apparently, this article reviewed the available information on the occurrence of mycotoxins in several fruits and their products, focused on the conventional and advanced methods of identification, quantification, and decontamination techniques. The milk proteins were identified as the lipocalin-like milk proteins (Lili-Mip) which are present in the brood sac of the gestated female D. punctata. Blotting techniques and RNA transcriptome assays have reported analogous Lili-Mip in the midgut of D. puncta embryos, which proved the ingestion during development inside brood sac. Thermodynamics and kinetic studies augmented the stability of the milk crystals and their controlled release mechanism of sustenance. Gene ontogeny reported the evolution of the ovoviviparous to viviparous due to selective pressures posed during the development stages of the embryos. Molecular simulation modelling studied unveiled the binding efficacies of the milk protein to build strong affiliates to the ligands to form a stable milk protein complex. Ahead of its nutritional benefits, cockroach milk also offers environmental advantages compared to traditional dairy and plant-based milk production. The evaluation of electrocatalytic properties were evaluated by carrying out electrochemical detection of amiprofos-methyl (APM), an organophosphorus herbicide. It is moderately toxic to mammals and aquatic biodiversity and is considered to be an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. The presence of specific natural phytochemicals such as eugenol, naringenin, apigenin, quercetin, and high amount of ascorbic acid in the aqueous extract of Ocimum sanctum Linn plant parts, has been widely used for the synthesis of various metallic nanoparticles where these compounds serve as reducing, stabilizing, and capping agents. The synthesized Fe2O3CuO NPs were characterized using scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), UVVis spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The modified electrode was electrochemically characterized by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) techniques for the detection of APM. The electrochemical signals have increased by three folds in the detection of APM with Fe2O3CuO nanocomposite compared to the bare glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical sensor showed a linear range of 0.05 to 30 g/mL with a limit of detection of 0.0065 g/mL. The developed electrochemical sensor was successfully applied for the detection of APM in different water and soil samples with recoveries ranging from 96.00?99.00%. The electrode showed good stability and reproducibility over a period of 10 days with a 95% of peak current than the former. Preventing free access to justice violates a fundamental constitutional principle and universal international norms. The recognition of access to justice and the rule of law as outcomes and facilitators of sustainable development is a unique feature of the 2030 Agenda. This study shows that providing affordable and timely access to justice institutions and legal aid services will help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 16 targets of peace, justice, and strong institutions. Indian law school clinics have a unique opportunity to achieve the goal through institutionalized clinical legal education. The Advocates Act of 1961 requires an amendment to allow law students and faculty to represent pro bono clients. The study infers that completely institutionalizing the law school legal aid clinics as part of clinical legal education is a powerful platform to promote equal access to justice to all. 2021, Dharma Research Association. It provides an opening to comprehend the law and practice through practical training. Access to justice with lawyering skills is the fundamental objective of CLE. Law students can uphold the 'rule of law' and play the leading role in legal services to the needy. Millions of people continue to be denied access to the legal system. The success of the digital transformation in CLE depends on the availability and efficiency of the adoption of advanced technology.
