The collector plate absorbs the energy from the sun and transforms this radiation into heat and then transmit this heat into a fluid, it can either water or air. This research paper proposes a new technology to enhance the performance of the solar flat plate collector. A trapezoidal solar reflector is connected with the flat plate collector to enhance the amount of sunlight which hits the collector plate surface. The trapezoidal reflector concentrates both the direct and diffused radiation of the sun towards the flat plate collector. To maximize the concentration of incident radiation the trapezoidal reflector was permitted to change its inclination with the direction of sunlight. A prototype of a solar water heating system with trapezoidal reflector was constructed and achieved the improvement of collector plate efficiency by around 12%-13%. The precursors used in the production of nanocarbon are relatively costlier; however, that their production processes include difficulties is a harder problem. It is possible to control the size, structure and properties of the produced nanocarbon matrix by tuning sp2 domains in the matrix. In this respect, the coal, being a potential candidate for the synthesis of nanocarbon which holds promising applications, has attracted remarkable interest. The nanocarbon structure reported in this paper was synthesized from bituminous coal and then phosphorus atoms were added into the produced structure in order to obtain resultant composite structure, whose structural properties were illustrated here in detail by using the X-ray, IR and UVVisible spectroscopy techniques. A systematical analysis of the optical and electrical properties of the produced composite has revealed that a composite structure to be produced in the ratio 1:2 of nanocarbon + phosphorus has better optical and electrical properties. We report here that the composite produced in this study from nanocarbon by adding phosphorous atoms shows unique photoluminescent property in particular due to the dominance of quantum confinement and oxygen functionalities. Considering these, we studied the photophysical and electrochemical properties of chromium complex anchored GO synthesised by silane and diazonium coupling. The results exhibited that both silane functionalized GO and azo dye enable an electronic interaction due to the recombination of sp2 and sp3 states and electron-hole pairs which have extensive importance in developing optoelectronic devices. The present study is based on 912 faculty members of higher educational institutions. Five valid, reliable and standard questionnaires were adopted to collect primary data from the higher educational institutions' faculty members in south India. Data was collected using standard questionnaire containing standard scaled of distributive, procedural, interactional, trust and employee engagement. The relationships between justice perceptions and work engagement were analyzed using correlations and regression analysis. Findings: The analysis of the study indicates that there is a strong and positive relationship among organization justice and employee engagement. The study also indicates that procedural, interactional and distributive justice are inter related with each other. Further, distributive and interactional justice take precedence over procedural justice in determining job engagement, while distributive justice plays the most important role in determining organization engagement (OE), followed by procedural and interactional justice. Limitations: This paper adds to the very small number of studies that have investigated the role of interactional justice in enhancing job and OEs.
