Our work involved rigorous dataset annotation and preprocessing, coupled with custom data augmentation techniques tailored for real-world scenarios. The results were excellent, as YOLOv6 exhibited remarkable precision, achieving an impressive Average Precision (AP) of 97.4% and recall (AR) of 90%. Meanwhile, YOLOv8s prowess shone in specific classes, where it attained a remarkable mean Average Precision (mAP) of 89%. We further explored the capabilities of classical Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) such as VGG16 and VGG19. These models demonstrated solid performance with an average accuracy of 74 and 67%, respectively. Our study also explored the utilization of ResNet50, which, despite its popularity in other computer vision tasks, showed a lower accuracy of 33% in the context of hand gesture recognition. This research showcases a significant leap beyond the conventional CNN-based research in hand gesture recognition, as we integrated both object detection and image classification models into the evaluation framework. Looking ahead, our research opens doors to exploring ensemble models that synergize the strengths of YOLOv6, YOLOv8, VGG16, and VGG19, promising a harmonized performance across all classes. Moreover, we advocate for further research into transfer learning techniques, anticipating even higher accuracy levels in scenarios constrained by limited training data. This study employs a conceptual model grounded on the theory of social power and the S-O-R model with the moderating role of credibility. Data was gathered from 423 samples. To test the dimensionality of Augmented reality-induced influencer content, exploratory factor analysis with principal component analysis and Varimax orthogonal rotation was adopted. SPSS version 22.0 and AMOS version 20 were used for data analysis. The studys findings indicate that following influencers generates favorable brand effects, such as increased social power and higher purchase intentions, by fostering familiarity and internalizing behavioral intents. Credibility is vital in influencing views and promoting electronic word-of-mouth through interactions between audiences and influencers. Brands have significant chances to engage Generation Z with genuine content by utilizing influencer marketing facilitated by augmented reality. Both characters reify camp aesthetics (a style characterised by excess, artifice, and a self-aware sense of extravagance) through exaggerated mannerisms, grandiose expressions, and theatrical speech, a feat made possible by the medium of animation, which enhances these characteristics beyond what live-action film can achieve. They are perceived as Other because their bodies are rendered disruptive to dominant social norms. Drawing on Sara Ahmeds Cultural Politics of Emotion, this study explores how these witches evoke fear, disgust and discomfort, mainly through their unruly corporeality and deviation from socially sanctioned expression. Fatness, neurodivergence, and queerness, like the abject, exist on the threshold of the acceptable, simultaneously provoking fascination and repulsion. These traits are further entangled with the logic of ethnonationalism, which upholds idealised bodily forms as markers of morality, and national superiority. This study reveals how Studio Ghiblis witches challenge dominant norms while also reflecting broader cultural anxieties about bodies that refuse to conform. The witches also channel the contradictions of the postwar maternal body, tasked with care, burdened with trauma, and shaped by national expectations of productivity and restraint. The present paper aims to discuss how using restorative justice (RJ) based on feminist theory and driven by digital innovations, a different route to justice other than the traditional courts can be pursued. The research involves integrative qualitative method of synthesizing the results of peer-reviewed literature, policy reports on the assessment of such programs as Project Restore (New Zealand), NYC Blueprint (USA), and Open Circle (Australia), and online interventions, such as AR storytelling and digital mediation sites. This review shows that feminist models of RJ are based on the safety and empowerment of the survivor providing results that criminal courts can hardly provide. Nonetheless, these models do not have an easy time scaling because of resource limitations. Digital technologies, nevertheless, make RJ more accessible and anonymous, but at the same time they have ethical risks, including questions of privacy and algorithmic bias. The paper argues that such problems may be solved through the combination of feminist ethics and responsible digital design to create survivor-led and technology-enabling RJ systems. The results can be used in theory and policy formulation through the suggested model that will combine feminist and digital methods to make justice innovative, but ethically sound. This is an interdisciplinary approach that holds transformative prospects in the context of dealing with IPV worldwide. 2025.
