<text>The popularity of e-tailers has distorted the retail industry in India. Websites are becoming an important means through which customers get product information and purchase items for their needs. This research paper focuses on four dimensions (i.e., user interface, convenience, personalized recommendations, and perceived security of the website) to assess their impact on online customer satisfaction with and loyalty towards e-tailers. The study questionnaire used established measures. The data was collected from four large cities in India, namely Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi. Analysis of the survey results suggests that perceived website security is the most important dimension for customer loyalty. E-tailers have to ensure adequate security provisions in their websites to build up consumer perceptions of trust and so repeat business loyalty. Copyright 2022, IGI Global. <text>Liberalization, privatization, and globalization have paved the way to open the economy and integrate new philosophies and ideologies into the organization. The banking organization and other MNCs had opted for the ethos of enhancing the diversity of working professionals with the adoption of LPG. The novel approach to workforce diversity and organizational climate in the banking industry is considered in this study. The relevance of workforce diversity and the formation of an organizational climate are emphasized in this research work. The study's goal was reached through a series of steps, such as reviewing relevant literature and creating an appropriate theoretical framework. These steps laid the groundwork for creating and finalising research tools, which were done with the help of experts in the field. The creation of instruments for evaluating diversity and organizational climate was the final phase in this process. The study was carried out by using stratified sampling method with the participation of 778 bank employees from public and private banks located in the geographical area of Bangalore. The study's outcome states that There is no significant relationship between workforce diversity and organizational climate in the banking industry is rejected; this can be interpreted as the better organizational climate is highly correlated with the employees attitude towards organizational diversity. It indicated the importance of inculcating diversity and a favourable attitude towards diversity in the banking sector for the smooth conduction of work. "There is a significant relationship between workforce diversity and organizational climate in the banking industry". "Workforce diversity significantly influences the variation in the Organizational Climate". "Employee's belief differs significantly based on demographic profile, job profile, and organizational profile on workforce diversity in the banking industry" findings show only a few categories in the hypothesis. The gender of the reporting authority and the classification of the bank offers the difference in employees belief about gender diversity. "Employee's attitude differs significantly based on demographic profile, job profile, and organizational profile on workforce diversity in the banking industry" only a few demographic categories (marital status, gender of the reporting authority, and classification of bank) have a difference. Employee perception differs based on demographic profile, job profile, and organizational profile on workforce diversity in the banking industry. The study found that gender, gender of reporting authority, classification of the bank, monthly salary, and employee work experience show the difference in employees' perception towards workforce diversity. Employee culture differs based on demographic profile, job profile, and organizational profile on workforce diversity in the banking industry; the gender of the authority and classification of the bank show the difference in employees' culture. "Employee's organizational climate differs significantly based on a demographic variable, job profile, and organizational profile on workforce diversity in the banking industry, age, gender, gender of the reporting authority, and classification of the bank show the difference in organizational climate. The study found a positive correlation between the variable and the independent variables are the constant and strong predictors of the dependent variable. Employees' attitude towards workforce diversity is assessed based on demographics, job, and organisational profiles. Workforce diversity is appraised by evaluating different components of it, such as employees' beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, and culture. The results show that employees with same-gender reporting authority have a positive attitude towards workforce diversity and experience a positive organizational diversity climate. The public bank employees have a positive attitude towards workforce diversity and experience a positive organizational diversity climate. Employees' attitudes differ based on their marital status also. Employees' perception differs based on their work experience in the same bank and the monthly salary; those with 11 to 15 years of experience tend to
have a positive perception. Age, gender, gender of the reporting authority, and the bank's classification are considered contributing factors to the organizational climate. The current study found the gender of reporting authority shows a difference in perception of gender diversity and organizational climate; the employees who have same-gender reporting authority tend to experience a positive organizational climate and a positive attitude towards workforce diversity. Classification of the bank also shows a difference where public bank employees experience a positive organizational climate and a positive attitude towards workforce diversity. Six hypotheses were tested, and a model for the banking industry in Bangalore was developed based on the results of these hypotheses testing. Theoretical models support all hypotheses. Fit indices show that all CB-CFA and CB-SEM models are a good fit.</text>

<text>Todays education is a dynamic ecosystem influenced by emerging technologies, human skills & iterative learning. The idea of learning beyond classrooms is introduced in this chapter, fostering an influential learning environment that aids in the process of continuous development. Both motivated students and empowered teachers are essential to ensuring the achievement of the impactful learning process. This chapters section offers an analysis of how instructors motivation, co- creation & continual training are essential for maintaining innovation. Education must extend beyond academic excellence to prepare learners for life. A beyond- classrooms learning approach is not a pedagogy but a mindset that integrates the competencies & prepares students to thrive in challenging, real-world situations in addition to achieving academic success. This chapter aims at rethinking education as a concept that expands classrooms, transforms communities, and prepares learners for impactful futures. 2026 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing. <text>Machine translation (MT) research has explored a variety of models, including statistical machine translation (SMT), rule-based machine translation (RBMT), and hybrid approaches. Hybrid MT systems aim to improve translation quality by using the strengths of different models. However, the complex set of functions associated with MT systems is still difficult to understand and optimize. This instant study propose an approach based on ML with respect to hybrid MT that addresses these issues by automatically interpreting and weighting features using ML tools. This research framework includes a classification approach to classify and compare translations from multiple black-box A system that uses ML classifiers trained on feature vectors derived from natural language processing tools. This study presents a method to train and use an SVM-based classifier to generate hybrid interpretations. The test results for English-Chinese pairs show the potential of this research approach to improve translation quality. The proposed framework is a simple and efficient way to combine different MT systems, improving translation results without manual intervention. 2024 IEEE.</text>

<text>The fundamental idea behind CSR is that corporations have duties that go beyond lawful execution of their economic duties (Steiner & Steiner, 2009). The waning hold of states over powerful transnational corporations and the increasing recognition of the potential of corporations to contribute to the welfare needs underline the importance of CSR in contemporary society. It is believed that a good CSR strategy would lead to significant reductions in business risks, including stakeholder, regulatory or marketplace sanctions. India being the first country to make CSR mandatory recognizes the potential of firms to synergize with the state in achieving larger developmental causes. This chapter is an attempt to review the CSR contributions toward public health during COVID-19. This chapter analyses the ways in which corporate social responsibility could contribute toward value creation in society and proposes a community-based convergent model of CSR implementation. 2024 by World Scientific Publishing Co. <text>Digital literacy in early childhood education equips children with essential skills for learning, communication, and problem solving in a connected world. From tablets to interactive whiteboards, guided experiences help young learners navigate digital tools safely and ethically. Early exposure supports literacy development by offering multimedia stories, phonics apps, and collaborative games that reinforce memory and attention. Importantly, teachers integrate digital literacy with social-emotional learning, teaching young children how to share, take turns, and manage screen time. Families engaged in this work create consistent routines that bridge home and school, reinforcing concepts like searching for information, evaluating sources, and respecting others online. By embedding digital literacy in play and inquiry, schools prepare students for future classrooms, careers, and civic participation, while safeguarding well-being and creativity. This foundation supports lifelong learning, adaptability, and responsible innovation. Copyright 2026, IGI Global Scientific Publishing. <text>Oceans regulate climate, support fisheries, and drive trade, yet they face pressures from pollution, warming, and overexploitation. Their vast ecosystems absorb carbon, stabilize weather, and provide habitats for countless species. Healthy seas underpin food security by supporting billions of people who rely on seafood for protein and livelihoods. Coral reefs, mangroves, and seagrasses buffer coastlines, protecting communities from storms and erosion while sustaining tourism and recreation. Ocean governance, science- based management, and regional cooperation are essential to curb illegal harvesting, reduce bycatch, and improve marine protected areas. Transitioning to sustainable fisheries, clean energy, and circular waste systems can relieve stress on marine habitats. Restoring coastal habitats enhances biodiversity, supports nutrient cycles, and sequesters carbon. Public awareness, equitable access to resources, and inclusive decision- making turn scientific insight into practical, long- term benefits for all nations. 2026, IGI Global Scientific Publishing.</text>

<text>Purpose: This study aims to use the servicescape model of higher education environments to measure the students perceptions of the learning environment (classroom) and the effect this has on students learning ability. Design/methodology/approach: The present study follows the stimulus-organism-response paradigm framework. A self-administered and well-structured survey questionnaire is used to collect data. The snowball sampling technique is used to collect samples of 403 students belonging to Maldivian higher education institutions. Findings: Findings show that the physical appearances of these higher education institutions greatly influenced the pleasure dimension. Furthermore, pleasure is found to have a significant and positive relationship with the approach behaviour and engagement/involvement of the students. Originality/value: The main contribution of the study is that it successfully tests the Eduscape model adopted from the servicescape model, and thus helps to extend existing knowledge on the critical elements in the Maldivian higher education learning environments and students behaviour within them. The findings have implications for higher education institutions to improve their learning environments and better engage with their students. 2021, Emerald Publishing Limited.</text>

<text>This chapter's objective is to analyze agility and resilience which are essential qualities of work-life balance. Similarly, both enable individuals to play the important role of both professional and personal responsibilities effectively. In this chapter, the author has mentioned the importance and the role of strategic agility which describes the ability to predict and respond quickly to changes and challenges in the work environment. Also, all these involve being acceptable, adaptable, flexible, and open to new ideas and approaches. In the work-life balance framework, strategic agility supports individuals to be proactive, positive, and efficient enough to manage their time and energy. It helps individuals prioritize their tasks, allocate resources properly, and enhance their understanding of where to invest their efforts. 2024, IGI Global. All rights reserved.</text>

<text>The Indian Pulsar Timing Array (InPTA) employs unique features of the upgraded Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (uGMRT) to monitor dozens of the International Pulsar Timing Array (IPTA) millisecond pulsars (MSPs), simultaneously in the 300500 MHz and the 12601460 MHz bands. This dual-band approach ensures that any frequency-dependent delays are accurately characterised, significantly improving the timing precision for pulsar observations, which is crucial for pulsar timing arrays. We present details of InPTAs second data release that involves 7 yr of data on 27 IPTA MSPs. This includes sub-banded times of arrival (ToAs), dispersion measures (DM), and initial timing ephemerides for our MSPs. A part of this dataset, originally released in InPTAs first data release, is being incorporated into IPTAs third data release, which is expected to detect and characterise nanohertz gravitational waves (GWs) in the coming years. The entire dataset is reprocessed in this second data release providing some of the highest precision DM estimates so far and interesting solar wind-related DM variations in some pulsars. This is likely to characterise the noise introduced by the dynamic inter-stellar ionised medium much better than the previous release thereby increasing sensitivity to any future GW search. <text>We present the results of customised single-pulsar noise analysis of 27 millisecond pulsars from the second data release of the Indian Pulsar Timing Array (InPTA-DR2). We model various stochastic noise sources present in the dataset using stationary Gaussian processes and estimate the noise budget of the InPTA-DR2 using Bayesian inference, involving model selection, Fourier harmonics selection, and parameter estimation for each pulsar. We check the efficacy of our noise characterisation by performing the Anderson-Darling test for Gaussianity on the noise-subtracted residuals. We find that all 11 pulsars with time baseline ? 2.5 yr show Gaussian residuals and do not have evidence for any red noise process in the optimal model, except for PSR J1944 + 0907, which shows presence of DM noise. PSRs J0437 - 4715, J1909 - 3744 and J1939 + 2134 show preference for the most complicated noise model, having achromatic and chromatic red noise processes. Only 4 out of 15 pulsars with time baseline ? 2.5 yr show significant non-Gaussianity in noise-subtracted residuals. We suspect that this may require more advanced methods to model noise processes properly. A comparative study of six pulsars with data removed near solar conjunctions showed deviations from the parameter estimates obtained with the original dataset, indicating potential bias in red noise processes due to unmodeled solar-wind effects. The results presented in this work remain broadly consistent with the InPTA-DR1 noise budget, with better constraints obtained on noise processes for several pulsars and support for achromatic red noise in PSR J1012 + 5307 due to the extended time baseline. 2026 The Author(s).</text>

<text>The Industrial Revolution was a transformative event of unprecedented magnitude, profoundly altering many facets of society, including consumption patterns, social structures, cultural norms, and global arrangements. Contrary to popular belief, there is not a one Industrial Revolution, but rather a sequence of stages characterised by gradual advancements. We are currently on the verge of the Fifth Industrial Revolution, which is expected to have a greater impact than the cumulative effect of the preceding four revolutions. Industry 5.0 is the latest term gaining popularity in the business sector, with significant claims to fundamentally transform our lifestyle. Industry 5.0 is expected to drive more progress in the field of intelligent automation within the manufacturing sector. This chapter specifically examines the transition of industry sector from version 1.0 to version 5.0. 2025 selection and editorial matter, Payal Bansal, Rajeev Kumar, Ashwani Kumar and Daniel D. <text>Digital Twin Technology has taken the place in top 10 strategic technology trends in 2017 termed by Gartner Inc. Digital Twin concept brings out the virtual depiction or the digital representation of the real world equipment, device or system whereas the real world and the virtual world gets the highest synchronization. The digital representation of the complete life cycle of a product from its design phase to the maintenance phase will give the prophetic analysis of the problems to the business. This greatest advantage of foreseeing problems in the development of a device will give early warnings, foil downtime, cultivate novel prospects and inventing enhanced devices or gadgets for the later use at the lesser expense by means of digital representations. Indeed, these will devise a larger influence on conveying superior consumer feeling also in the enterprise. The emerging trends such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Internet of Things and Big Data used in Industry 4.0 play a vital role in Digital Twin and they are mostly adopted in the world of manufacturing, Industrial Internet of Things, and automobile business world. The penetration, wide coverage and the advancement of the Internet of Things in real-world have elevated the power of Digital Twins more economical and reachable for the world of various businesses. 1. Manufacturing: Digital Twin has brought out the change in the existing manner of the manufacturing segment. Digital Twins have a substantial influence on the design of products and their manufacturing and maintenance. Because of its influence the manufacturing more competent and augmented while dropping throughput times. 2. Industrial IoT: Integrating digital twin with industrial firms will facilitate the activities such as monitoring, tracking and controlling industrial systems in digital means. We can potentially experience the power of digital twin since it captures environmental data such as locality, settings of the devices, financial frameworks, etc., other than the operational data, which benefits in foreseeing the forthcoming operations and incongruities. 3. Healthcare: Since the healthcare sector demands higher accuracy in diagnosis and treatment, with the important data from IoT, digital twins can play a vital role by reducing the expense for the patient, precautionary alerts to avoid health deterioration and giving tailored health support system. This will be great support especially in developing countries like India. 4. Smart cities: Digital Twin coupled with IoT data can augment the efficient planning of the smart city and execution of its building by supplementing financial progress, effectual administration of resources, lessening of environmental impression and escalate the complete worth of a resident's life. The digital twin prototypical can aid city organizers and legislators in the smart city planning by retrieving the visions from numerous sensor networks and smart systems. The information received from the digital twins supports them in reaching well-versed choices concerning the future as well. 5. Automobile: Automobile industry can get voluminous benefits out of Digital Twins for producing the simulated framework of a coupled vehicle. It retrieves the behavioral and functional information of the vehicle and services in examining the inclusive performance efficiency of the vehicle as well as the features connected along with it. Results indicate that, as a substitute for Ni, Fe added to TiNi alloys can dramatically decrease the martensite transformation temperature and R phase transformation and martensite transformation are accordingly separated. The results show that TiNiFe alloys exhibit two-step martensitic transformation. The start temperature of martensitic transformation increases sharply from 212 K to 267 K when 2% Fe is added in, and then decreases gradually if Fe content further increases. The hardness of TiNiFe ternary alloys before heat treatment is constant for up to 6% of the composition and suddenly increases for 9% composition and also it behaves same for heat treated specimens because of formation of equilibrium precipitates Ni3Ti formation. 2017 Elsevier Ltd.</text>

<text>Background: Irrelevant sound or speech effect (ISE) affects an individual's serial recall task of visual and auditory presentations. Cartoon soundscape mimics irrelevant sound effect hypothesis. A constant and repeated exposure to cartoons in early childhood should influence children's auditory learning or recall performance. Purpose: To investigate the effects of cartoons' soundscape irrelevant sound effects on young children's auditory processing and working memory skills. Research Design: A cross-sectional study was used to observe the influence of the cartoon soundscape irrelevant sound effects on children. Study sample: Sixty young children with normal hearing in the age range 5-6years were exposed to cartoons (Indian plus Non-Indian) considered for the study. Data Collection and analysis: Pitch Pattern Test (PPT), Duration Pattern Test (DPT), and Corsi-Block working memory apparatus were applied to the participants exposed to cartoons. The data obtained were compared statistically in terms of the groups' performances. Results: There was a significant difference in PPT (p=.023) and DPT (p=.001) between the cartoon exposed and non-exposed groups. In contrast, there was no significant difference between the two groups in Corsi-Block working memory(p>0.05). Conclusion: Cartoon soundscape irrelevant sound or speech affects young children's auditory processing skills. The visual-spatial recall follows a different developmental pattern in young children without recoding to phonological aspects. It is predicted that our study findings might help determine the ill effects of cartoons on the auditory and language development process. 2022 American Academy of Audiology. <text>Green marketing decisively helps businesses distinguish themselves from their competition, strengthen their image, and obtain the attention of consumers who increasingly prefer environmentally conscious businesses. By elevating a business's reputation and image, green marketing creates an effect on how people consider a brand and enhances customer loyalty and retention. The "green generation, " or Generation Z, is well-known for its sustainable product preferences and ecological concerns. The study analysed how green marketing techniques relate to and affect Gen Z customers' purchasing habits in India's garment industry. The study targeted 300+ Gen Z consumers through an online cross-sectional survey to get information on their perceptions of green brands, green marketing tactics, purchase intentions, and buying patterns. This study found that green marketing tactics used by fashion firms have a favorable impact and the ability to affect various aspects of customer behavior. 2024, IGI Global.
