This research paper is on a study of how Zimbabwe can produce a democratic people-driven constitution as a permanent solution to the country's problems of poor governance, violent political conflicts, economic collapse, social disintegration, and international isolation. The purpose of the study was to explore a people-driven democratic constitution-making process that Zimbabweans want. Two groups of research units comprised of 1 120 individuals and 67 institutions were used. The inquiry discovered contextual meaning of six phenomena associated with a people-driven democratic constitution-making process. The study recommends a constitution-making process model that Zimbabwe should adopt to produce a people-driven constitution democratically.

The stability of a horizontal porous layer of a ferromagnetic fluid heated from below is studied when the fluid layer is subject to a time-periodic body force.Modified Darcy law is used to describe the fluid motion. The effect of gravity modulation is treated by a perturbation expansion in powers of the amplitude of modulation. The stability of the system,characterized by a correction Rayleigh number,is determined as a function of the frequency of modulation, magnetic parameters, and Vadasz number.

Bimetallic Pt–Pd nanoparticles were dispersed on polypyrrole coated indium-tin oxide coated polyethylene terephthalate sheets (ITO-PET sheets). The excellent filming property of pyrrole gives a high porous uniform active area for the proper adsorption of bimetallic transition metal nanoparticles. Electrochemical behavior of the modified electrodes was determined using cyclic voltammetry and impedance studies. The physicochemical properties of the modified electrodes were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
Journalists have been under life threats due to the nature of work they undertake for quite some time now. Amal Neerad is known for his style in cinematography which is unique. The Director uses his typical style of film making in all his movies. Certain cinematic techniques like continuity cuts and extreme angles are extensively used in the movies of Amal Neerad.
Racial stereotypes in American movies have mirrored our general public's predominant philosophies and have impacted our belief systems since the film business started. This study relates to the portrayal of how African Americans are projected in the certain movies from a particular time period from 2006-2013. Generalizations of blacks as lethargic, imbecilic, absurd, apprehensive, easygoing, reckless, infantile, rough, sub-human, and creature like, are widespread in today's general public. These debasing generalizations are fortified and upgraded by the negative depiction of blacks in the media.
This study deals with promotional strategies used by Electronic Dance Music (EDM) festivals like Sunburn and Supernova on social networking sites. This study also tries to learn branding techniques used by these Electronic Dance Music’s. The interest Indian youth have on music festivals has increased and is still increasing mainly due to social networking sites especially in the past few years. Promotions used by these events are trending and are the most successful promotional strategies implemented till date.
