It emphasizes how VR can improve travel experiences, aid in destination planning, preserve cultural heritage, support adventure tourism, and revolutionize destination marketing. The article also gives the challenges and limitations faced by VR in tourism, as well as future trends and opportunities in the field. The article impact of VR on the tourism industry and discusses the combination of Augmented Reality (AR) and VR to create virtual art exhibitions in physical and online spaces.
