- Description
- In the landscape of higher professional education, the dynamics between "organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)" play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and performance of educational institutions. In the perspective of higher professional education institutions, understanding the relationship between these constructs is of paramount importance, as it can significantly influence the overall effectiveness and performance of academic institutions. The primary purposes of the study are twofold: first, to examine the "relationship between organizational commitment and OCB" among faculty and staff in higher professional education institutions; and second, to explore the impact of OCB on institutional outcomes. Quantitative analyses, such as correlation, are employed to decipher the intricate links between these constructs. The findings of this study reveal "a strong positive correlation between organizational commitment" and OCB among faculty and staff in higher professional education. 2025 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
