- Description
- This chapter looks at how business cultures and workplace policies affect women entrepreneurs' ability to maintain a work-life balance. It demonstrates the significance of family-friendly policies in supporting female entrepreneurs, who particularly struggle with juggling work and personal commitments. Through an analysis of case studies of businesses that have successfully implemented these ideas, this study also demonstrates the benefits of developing an inclusive culture. Companies that place a strong focus on employee flexibility and well-being have shown increases in productivity, retention, and satisfaction- especially among women entrepreneurs who face more challenges in juggling many responsibilities. 2025, IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
