Overcoming the barriers to multi-stakeholder collaboration in supply chains: Strategies to foster co-operation in complex supply chains
The supply networks form the backbones of the global economy as a flow of goods, services, and information across industries and geographies. Meanwhile, globalization and digitalization that promoted the increasing complexity of supply chains highlight even greater urgency for sustainable and responsible supply chain management. This chapter considers the manner in which multi- stakeholder collaboration can become an important enabler of sustainability within the supply chains since no individual stakeholder has a chance of unilaterally solving all of its various problems. From the case studies conducted on Sedex and the automotive sector, this study has shown that sustainability strategies take a diversified view-from corporate management to government bodies, NGOs, and local communities- to align priorities, bridge cultural gaps, and develop collective solutions that will drive systemic change. Given the nature of conflicting priorities, the research finds concentration on cross- industry cooperation and the role of external organizations in promoting responsible practices. 2025, IGI Global Scientific Publishing. Learners' intention to adopt virtual experiences in higher education
Virtual- experience technologies enable the creation of virtual classrooms and immersive learning experiences that are more engaging and effective than traditional methods. The chapter has made use of a descriptive research design, which utilizes a purposive sampling technique to collect data from the students of Higher Education Institutions in the National Capital Region of India. Primary data was collected with the help of a formalized and concealed questionnaire having closed- ended multiple- choice questions on a five- point Likert scale. It was found that digital citizenship, experience, Self- efficacy, and institutional support influence the adoption of virtual experiences in Higher education. Gender has no influence on the adoption intention, but people belonging to different age brackets have different opinions on the adoption of technology, and a greater inclination has been witnessed among the younger generation respondents. 2026, IGI Global Scientific Publishing. The moderating effect of demographic profiles of Indian consumers on the impact of different website attributes on the purchase intentions of buyers
The aim of the paper is to provide a thorough model that explains how Indian con-sumers' demographic profiles moderate the impact of various website attributes on their purchase intentions and how this helps e-retailers in the context of online shopping. We identified eight online interface features-site design, site convenience, transaction security, payment system, customer communication, delivery information, product information, and special content information-after conducting a in depth literature review. Therefore, we made an effort to ascertain the connections between age, gender, wealth, and online interface elements. 500 Delhi NCR online shoppers took part in the poll. We used structural equation modelling and AMOS to explore the hypothesized correlations between web interface elements, age, gender, income, and purchase intentions. The findings indicated that while income has no discernible influence, age and gender have a major moderating effect on the impact of web interface elements on purchase intentions. 2025, IGI Global Scientific Publishing. -

Cybercrimes in Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita: A Critical Study on Indian Legal Scenario
Cybersecurity is a significant concern in the present digital world. The increase in cybercrimes attracts attention of the whole globe. India is one of the top countries on the list of cybercrimes and cyberattacks. More than 1 billion people use smartphones in India and the focus on digital economy has also attracted many cyberattacks. This necessitates the need for a specific legal framework. Indias Penal Code was almost 160 years old, and its provisions were not adequate to address the growing nature of cybercrime. Though the provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000 can be applied, India needed a criminal code addressing the latest trends of crimes. Many considered that the enactment of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) will provide this required framework. In making a critical analysis the chapter tries to evaluate the provisions of BNS to examine whether it provided due protection to Indias cyberspace. 2026 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing. Fragile foundation: Tourism, culture, and environmental stability in Joshimath and Kedarnath
This study aims to explore the ecological and cultural challenges in the delicate ecosystems of Joshimath and Kedarnath. A mixed method approach was adopted. Primary data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 35 tourists to look at the perception of environmental degradation and cultural influences. Content analysis of secondary data, including media reports and academic articles add contextual insights to the issue. The findings suggest that overcrowding and rapid construction works are increasing the environmental instability in both the sites; leading to natural disasters like floods, landslides, avalanches, etc. The tourists are disappointed due to overcrowding, and the threats it brings to the cultural and natural heritage. The study, thus highlights the urgent need for responsible tourism and much stricter developmental control measures. This study highlights that without immediate interventions, these fragile ecosystems are left with the threat of suffering from irreversible damages infringing upon their environmental significance and cultural values. 2025, IGI Global Scientific Publishing. Restructuring Leaner-Centric Approach Framework Through Revised Bloom Taxonomy
The Leaner-Centric Approach, a method of teaching that has stood the test of time, was first introduced in the education system during the times of the Chinese Philosopher Confucius (551BC 479BC) and the teachings of Socrates (469BC-399BC). The old education emphasized students and their tasks based on the instruction given by teachers. Even though the education system was not called learner-centric, it was indeed a learner-centric system that existed then. Later, the teacher-centric approach became essential, and students' participation became very low in the classroom. Because of this, the students' performance was affected. The leaner-centric approach incorporates many activities and methods and increases learner participation. The study focuses on reconstructing the leaner-centric approach in the current scenario by changing the traditional concepts conceived by different teachers. The research also highlights that if a centric approach is followed in the classroom in its true sense, learning will be an unforgettable experience for the students. 2025 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing. Expansion of BRICS Countries Stimulating Multipolar World Order: A Critical Study in the Context of Russia-Ukraine Crisis
The 21st century formation of BRICs grouping, consisting of Brazil, Russia, India, and China, provided a platform for emerging economies to collectively work for the required position in international scenario. With the two expansions in 2011 and 2023 more developing countries became its members. Such a coalition devised a strategical move from unipolarity to multipolarity in global order. However, no proper attention is given to this grouping considering it as a "loose association. " The main objective of this chapter is thus to explore the evolution of BRICS+ countries, its various interactions within the group and with other international bodies, and its role in the context of conflicts of interests and Russia-Ukraine Crisis. Using doctrinal methodology's analytical and critical methods, the chapter explains the significance of this grouping. The study finds that BRICS+ is an effective body for the Global South in order to make a strong stance in the global scenario. 2025, IGI Global Scientific Publishing. All rights reserved.
