New dynamical behaviour of the coronavirus (2019-ncov) infection system with non-local operator from reservoirs to people
The mathematical accepts while analysing the evolution of real word problems magnetizes the attention of many scholars. In this connection, we analysed and find the solution for nonlinear system exemplifying the most dangerous and deadly virus called coronavirus. The six ordinary differential equations of fractional order nurtured the projected mathematical model and they are analysed using q-homotopy analysis transform method (q-HATM). Further, most considered fractional operator is applied to study and capture the more corresponding consequences of the system, known as Caputo operator. For different fractional order, the natures of the achieved results are illustrated in plots. Lastly, the present investigation may aid us analyse the distinct and diverse classes of models exemplifying real-world problems and helps to envisage their corresponding nature with parameters associated with the models. 2021 NSP Natural Sciences Publishing Cor. -
New Empirical Equation for Fundamental Time Period of RC Moment-Resisting Frame Buildings Using Machine Learning Algorithms
The fundamental time period of reinforced concrete (RC) buildings is a critical parameter in structural engineering, influencing their dynamic behavior and response to seismic and wind loads. This study aims to propose a new empirical formula for estimating the fundamental time period of RC buildings through regression analysis. Leveraging the SAP2000 API with VBA code, a dataset comprising 200 two-dimensional RC building models was rapidly generated, allowing for efficient exploration of various building configurations. Modal analysis was conducted for each model to determine the fundamental time period, and regression analysis was performed using both multiple linear regression and curve estimation regression techniques. The input parameters included total building height and base dimensions, while the output variable was the fundamental time period obtained from SAP2000 results. Multiple linear regression yielded two best-fit models, while curve estimation regression produced logarithmic and exponential models. The proposed models were compared with the fundamental time period values obtained from SAP2000 results and those calculated using the formula specified in the Indian Standards (IS) code. Further the results obtained are used to develop a machine learning model that can be used to estimate the time period of RC structures for a given height. The model is chosen after estimating the coefficient of regression for various individual machine learning algorithms and ensemble algorithms. This research contributes to the advancement of structural engineering by providing a systematic approach to developing empirical formulas tailored to RC buildings. The proposed formula, enabled by the automation capabilities of the SAP2000 API, offers a more accurate and reliable method for estimating the fundamental time period, facilitating improved seismic design and analysis practices. Further validation and verification of the formulas performance using additional datasets and real-world case studies are recommended to enhance its applicability and robustness. New Insights in the Bubble Wall of NGC 3324: Intertwined Substructures and a Bipolar Morphology Uncovered by JWST
We report the discovery of intertwined/entangled substructures toward the bubble wall of NGC 3324 below a physical scale of 4500 au, which is the sharp edge/ionization front/elongated structure traced at the interface between the H ii region and the molecular cloud. The sharp edge appears wavy in the Spitzer 3.6-8.0 ?m images (resolution ?2?). Star formation signatures have mostly been traced on one side of the ionization front, which lies on the molecular clouds boundary. The James Webb Space Telescopes (JWST) near- and mid-infrared images (resolution ?0.?070.?7) are employed to resolve the sharp edge, which has a curvature facing the exciting O-type stars. The elongated structures are associated with the 3.3 ?m polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) emission, the 4.05 ?m ionized emission, and the 4.693 ?m H2 emission. However, the PAH-emitting structures are depicted between the other two. The H2 emission reveals numerous intertwined substructures that are not prominently traced in the 3.3 ?m PAH emission. The separation between two substructures in the H2 emission is ?1.?1 or 2420 au. The intertwined substructures are traced in the spatial areas associated with the neutral to H2 transition zone, suggesting the origin of these structures by thin-shell instability. Furthermore, an arc-like feature traced in the Spitzer 3.6-8.0 ?m images is investigated as a bipolar H ii region (extent ?0.35 pc) at T d ?25-28 K using the JWST images. A massive-star candidate VPHAS-OB1 #03518 seems to be responsible for the bipolar H ii region. 2023. The Author(s). Published by the American Astronomical Society. -
New insights into surface functionalization and preparation methods of MWCNT based semiconductor photocatalysts
The manuscript primarily describes the influence of various synthesis strategies on the photocatalytic properties of MWCNT/TiO2 binary nanohybrids. The multiwalled carbon nanotube modified titania hybrids synthesized via two-step reaction involving the covalent functionalization with green and mild oxidizing agent like H2O2, followed by simple surfactant/template free hydrothermal synthesis exhibited the maximum photocatalytic efficiency. The Total Organic Carbon (TOC)analysis showed complete mineralization of the persistent Rhodamine B dye in about 8 h. These synthesized nanohybrids in varying MWCNT content were tested for their photocatalytic efficiency in the degradation of explosive effluents like 4-nitrophenol and picric acid. The UVVis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UVVis DRS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), BrunauerEmmettTeller Surface area analysis (BET), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM)and Raman spectra analysis evidently revealed the effective synergistic interaction between the MWCNT and titania at the interface that has contributed to the significant enhancement of photocatalytic performance. 2019 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l. -
New Paradigm of Marketing-Financial Integration Modelling for Business Performance: An IMC Model
When it comes to the provision of financial services, the integrated marketing communication (IMC) process is crucial in the creation and maintenance of client-provider bonds. This research presents a literature assessment on the theoretical basis for using marketing communication tools in the provision of financial services. This research is an attempt to bolster the little theoretical literature on the effectiveness of marketing communication techniques in the provision of financial services. Financial service providers use marketing communication as a channel for two-way exchanges with their clientele, with the ultimate goal of maximising the benefits their customers bring to the company. When it comes to providing financial services, an organisations success hinges on its ability to effectively manage its relationships with both current and potential consumers. As a result, it is important for practical reasons to be guided by well-defined marketing communications goals to identify the extent of usage and within the constraints of available resources. In this regard, businesses are free to establish specific communications objectives in accordance with their unique situations to direct the implementation of their IMC plan. This study aims to find out an impact of financial integration with IMC on business performance. This study is descriptive in nature. Primary data is collected with the help of questionnaire. The study finds that the financial integration in the IMC model has a statistically significant impact on business success. New results on orthogonal component graphs of vector spaces over Zp
A new concept known as the orthogonal component graph associated with a finite-dimensional vector space over a finite field has been recently added as another class of algebraic graphs. In these types of graphs, the vertices will be all the possible non-zero linear combinations of orthogonal basis vectors, and any two vertices will be adjacent if the corresponding vectors are orthogonal. In this paper, we discuss the various colorings and structural properties of orthogonal component graphs. 2024 Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University. -
New results on upper domatic number of graphs
For a graph G = (V, E), a partition ? = {V1, V2,..., Vk} of the vertex set V is an upper domatic partition if Vi dominates Vj or Vj dominates Vi or both for every Vi, Vj ? ?, whenever i 6= j. The upper domatic number D(G) is the maximum order of an upper domatic partition of G. We study the properties of upper domatic number and propose an upper bound in terms of clique number. Further, we discuss the upper domatic number of certain graph classes including unicyclic graphs and power graphs of paths and cycles. 2020 Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University -

NEWCOMERS SATISFACTION IN RELATION TO ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE SOCIALIZATION AND SELF-EFFICACY OF EMPLOYEES IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SECTOR
Rapid growth in IT sector poses unprecedented challenges to HR practices in organizations, which are primarily driven by constant pressure to recruit suitable candidates, meet the expectations of the new entrants and to reduce attrition. Some of the typical HR challenges faced by the rapid growth sectors are the expanding job demands that impact the structure and culture of the organization, the large recruitment of the new entrants and systematized induction training demands. In this dissertation, the focus is on understanding the socialization tactics of the new entrants in IT sector in terms of their role orientation, adjustment, organizational culture, self-efficacy and the overall satisfaction. Organizational Socialization of new employees has always been a critical process for most of the organizations. Over the years multiple aspects of socialization have been studied and the research on socialization has viewed it from multiple perspectives. Initially it was viewed as the process through which organizations acculturate the new entrants. However much of the recent research view it as a learning process in which the entrants role is much more important and organizations can only manage that process. The importance of socialization in organization needs to be overemphasized, as it is one of the essential components of building and maintaining organizational culture. The aspect of understanding organization culture is not a very new phenomenon but in most of the Indian organizations this study has not got momentum. Self-efficacy refers to ones personal belief regarding how capable one is in controlling events and situations in ones life, such as performing or completing specific tasks and behaviours. Socialization research has been conducted in several contexts. However, the context of IT sector has mostly been neglected. In the context of India there hasnt been much study. The lack of research this context coupled with contextual features of IT sector, which indicate greater new entrants self-efficacy with respect to their socialization tactics, has been the prime motive for this study. From such an interactionist perspective, it is necessary to investigate how both individual and organizational factors combine to influence (1) newcomers' subsequent adjustments to organizations (2) their role behaviours and (3) moderating effects of self-efficacy. The purpose of this study is to address these issues. The dependent variable is newcomers adjustment which is measured in terms of role outcomes such as role orientation, role conflict, role ambiguity and personal outcomes such as commitment to organization, intention to quit and job satisfaction. Independent variable is socialization tactics (collective vs. individual; formal vs. informal; investiture vs. divestiture; sequential vs. random; serial vs. disjunctive and fixed vs. variable). The moderating variables are demographic components such as gender, age, qualification, marital status, zone from where respondent has completed highest education, work-experience duration, number of past job experiences newcomers have and their future career choices. This study viewed socialization from an interactionist perspective and has investigated the link between socialization tactics and new entrants satisfaction. This study generated responses from newcomers having not more than 18 months of work- experience in a particular organization. The research includes responses from IT sector in Bangalore. A detailed standardized Questionnaire was adapted to be used as an instrumentation tool. The questionnaire was completed by 306 respondents using convenient sampling technique. The statistical techniques adopted are Cronbachs alpha reliability test, Descriptives (means and standard deviations), Percentile Quartile, Bivariate Correlations and ANOVA. Seven hypotheses were tested and analyzed. Innovative role orientation has a significant correlation with sequential random, serial disjunctive and fixed variable. A high score on orientation indicates an innovative role orientation in which a new entrant attempts to alter procedures for performing a role, the purpose of role itself, or both. There is significant influence of sequential random tactic followed by formal informal on the role orientation of the employees. In previous studies it was observed that invidualised tactics was positively correlated to innovative role orientation. But in current study the researcher found that institutionalized tactics were positively correlated to innovative role orientation. There is no significant influence of organizational culture on the satisfaction of the newcomers. The detailed findings, conclusions, and suggestions for further research have been discussed. Key Words: Organizational culture, Newcomers socialization tactics and Self-Efficacy -
Newly designed single-stage dual leg DC-DC/AC buck-boost converter for grid connected solar system
This paper proposes a novel single-stage buck-boost inverter based on dual leg. Modulation techniques, working principle, guidelines for components design, and guidelines are discussed and presented. A theoretical concept is initially tested in Simulink platform and practically verified with a test bench model. A practical model is developed to verify the simulation model and tested different modes of operation are analyzed. The main advantages of the proposed work are as follows: The number of passive components is less, switching frequency components are not high so leakage current is very less, and voltage control in a wide range is achieved without using a DC link capacitor.
