We also encounter fake products from well-known brands very often, which not only ruin the fashion industry but also pose a serious risk to the economy. Fashion nowadays thus goes beyond only clothing and accessories. The substantial expansion of the fashion industry is significantly influenced by intellectual property. “Intellectual property law may be used to safeguard the originality of a wide variety of creations, including those in the fashion industry. The types of intellectual property and their applicability to the fashion industry have only been touched on briefly. The purpose of this dissertation is to educate the reader about current fashion trends, hotly debated problems, and the importance of intellectual property rights in the fashion business”.
