This paper provides a critical analysis of the current state of cybersecurity in civil aviation in India. It examines the various cyber threats facing the aviation industry, the legal and regulatory framework for cybersecurity in India, and the measures that can be taken to enhance cybersecurity in civil aviation. The analysis highlights the need for a comprehensive and proactive approach to cybersecurity in civil aviation in India, including the implementation of robust cybersecurity policies and procedures, the adoption of international best practices, and the establishment of a dedicated cybersecurity framework for the aviation industry.
