These interventions are aligned to business goals and help businesses achieve their bottom lines. Nevertheless, some business owners are apprehensive about the way forward while adopting technology. This chapter focuses on the various technologies that aid HR functions, its implementation framework keeping in perspective the key apprehensions, considerations and competency requirements. The chapter highlights few Indian organizations that have adopted it.
