Through the usage of the data-driven insights, HR analytics has become a very helpful in- strumentfor the organisations as it helps them to maximize their human resources, improves the performance of their workers and promote the regular improvement in the culture. By collecting and using the data from various functions of the HR such as recruiting, training and performance management helps the business to take the necessary decisions that can help them to match the skills of their workforce with the organizational goals.
